today 25/12/25 Christmas Day and I attended my last session of facial treatment. I would like to share my feedback regarding my recent facial session. I signed up for a BB Glow package, and this session was supposed to be my final BB Glow treatment. However, during the session, BB Glow was not done for me. Instead, the staff performed dead skin cell removal and pimple extraction.
After the treatment, staff Carolyn informed me that I needed to sign up for a new package first, and only then would they replace this BB Glow session for me. This made me feel cheated and misled, as BB Glow should have already been included in my original package. Being told to purchase a new package just to receive what I had already paid for made me feel very uncomfortable, and I left the session feeling deceived and disappointed.
I hope the management can look into this matter and provide a fair explanation. Thank you.

How it started : sent an interest underarm britening trial with 2 session for 48sgd + gst it will be $52.) the consultant whom at the end advised to take other kind ot treatment which more suitable for me that costs 128 before gst for 1 sessions only, was convinced as she told me that im able to see the difference after 1 season. After that i not see much difference she told ask me take a package of 12 season and will see the result, and cause my arm looks like chicken skin, she ask me take the package including hair removal, end up $158 per session, but when i see the result that i took myself use my phone also didn't see much difference. So regret take a package. Spend $1.106 for it for 7 sessions , and more regret cause i still take another package of treatment, and cant cancel it,

I came here for the LED teeth whitening treatment and the results were even better than I expected – my teeth definitely look shades lighter. Compared to dentist whitening I tried before, this felt a lot more gentle on my sensitive gums and I was much more comfortable throughout. The price is also way more affordable, which is a big plus. Staff were friendly, explained every step clearly, and there was no pressure to sign up for anything I wasn’t comfortable with. They only recommended what suited me. Great experience overall!
