the guy who served me yesterday in a blue shirt i think he is the manager, very very bad attitude. bought vouchers from tik tok and wanting to use it nicely xplained to him y i had to pre booked the room and he kept giving me an attitude like i was a difficult customer but i am just one who wanna use and claim my voucher. He was so impatient with me and the system of claiming the voucher, such bad service but its just from him and i would never visit somerset outlet if i see him working on that day.

I think I’ve found my favorite Orchard karaoke place. The deal sealed the deal very good! Top notch customer service best in Singapore! Will definitely come back for Melvin’s service!

Visited on 11Dec at 3-6pm. Staff attitude not good. Room with strong cigarette smell. Lights issue. Paid for extension but staff did not help extend and our song got cut off and need to reselect songs for the extended hour

Staff was ok, not rude but Keep noticing the staff keep checking the room every few minutes by peeking into the room, felt very intrude during my whole singing session, strongly not recommended this location, didn’t had this experience at other outlet. First and last

I recently visited this KTV with a friend, and unfortunately, the experience was below expectations. Upon entering, there was a man in a blue shirt at the counter who appeared to be a manager or team leader, but we didn’t feel welcomed at all. The atmosphere was also affected by a strong smoke smell, and the sound system quality could use improvement. I hope the management can consider enhancing ventilation, staff hospitality, and audio quality to create a more pleasant experience for future guests.

Super strong smell of cigarettes when we first entered. Many other rooms had guests that were just blatantly smoking inside the rooms even though there are "No smoking" signs. After telling the staff they helped spray air freshener but the smell came back after an hour because other rooms were just smoking. Wouldn't recommend anyone to come here unless you're a smoker yourself and can tolerate the smell...

HORRIBLE service. I went there with work on Thursday and accidentally left behind a bag containing my xmas gifts. When I returned the next day around 6:30 p.m., the 2 people at reception, a man and a woman were extremely unhelpful, especially the woman. Showed no interest in assisting me, and she bluntly dismissed my concern by saying the bag would have already been thrown away. I was shocked by how rude she was and the fact that she said they will just throw whatever they find. Its a xmas gift. Definitely will not come back to this place again.

Friendly staff but song selection is extremely limited. Poor user interface and can barely find any foreign songs (japanese, korean are very hard to find). Overall do not recommend unless you like songs from the 2010s

Overall, everything was just ok. The people working weren't really interested in anything and rarely paid attention. The atmosphere was ok, the couch had a few stains but the lighting is good. Heard about the baby roaches but luckily I didn't see any. The choice of songs are amazing (mostly on the older side) and easy to pick.
