Very terrible during registration. Was there previously and I entered the Clinic but was told off by the nurse to stand outside and wait for registration. Today I came first and waited outside around 0825 because the door says close but some ppl just enter and register at the counter. By then there were already 5 ppl ahead of me. I waited for more than an hour and was standing outside for about 20 minutes. Anyways, I don't think the clinic cares but I still want to leave my review. Food for thoughts...

Made to wait outside for quite some time. A staff was free, roaming around; yet did not attend to the people outside. Came to collect a medication and it took me 20minutes. No consultation involved and called way earlier about it.
Clinic should have prepared the medication beforehand. A 3minutes task turned into 20minutes wait.
Usually nurse will explain how to take the medicines, the nurse DID NOT. It’s so dangerous when clinics don’t do that. If it is possible, might want to give -1 star.

Update June 2024: The nurses here are consistently rude. I called to make an appointment before coming in, but when I arrived, my appointment wasn't scheduled. There was no apology; they simply just asked me to wait. What's the point of making an appointment? The nurses always sound condescending, even though we are the paying customers. Isn’t it basic practice to prepare receipts? When I asked for it the nurse rolled her eyes, and told me to wait. Why are there four nurses if they are so unproductive and unhelpful? The only reason I came back is that the medicine from another clinic (where the nurses are exceptional and not rude or obnoxious) didn’t work! I am maintaining 2 stars solely for the doctors here.

Great doctors here - very patient and knowledgeable. Very detailed in their advice and prescriptions. Their medicine always work. However; the attitude of their nurses need to improve — greatly. I don’t have to feel like I’ve offended them, owe them anything or I have to see their mood and take in their anger and frustration. So uncalled for and unprofessional. It seems they’re very unhappy working here, the doctors should do something about it.

The attitude of the staff (at the reception?) here is terrible. If you have the energy to go to another hospital, I recommend going there instead. I’m already feeling unwell, and this just makes me feel even worse.

Brought my grandma here for a check up because this was one of the clinics that offered the anti viral medication for covid-19.
Came when the clinic opened at 9am and the doctor came at 9:30am. Was told that there were 4 patients in front of us but it seems there were more than 4 patients that were seen. Not to mention that their staff wasn’t very friendly nor welcoming. She’s very curt with a replies and she’s not very patient either. Service could be better and we waited for over an hour

I want to take a moment to express my gratitude for Dr. Lee. Dr Lee is truly one of the best doctors I've ever encountered—empathetic, caring, and always willing to listen. Dr. Lee makes every appointment a positive experience with his genuine approach to patient care.
However, I do have to mention that the front desk staff could do some improvement. I’ve encountered some rude and unsympathetic interactions that detract from the overall experience. It’s unfortunate because Dr. lee's exceptional care deserves to be matched by a warm and welcoming atmosphere from the staff.
Overall, I highly recommend Dr.Lee & Dr Wong for their outstanding medical care, but I hope that the clinic can address the front desk lack of customer service issues to enhance the experience for all patients.

Dr. Wong is very experienced and caring. She takes the time to explain clearly, and her advice and diagnosis are always spot-on. I feel very reassured under her care. The counter staff could be a bit more efficient and friendly though.

Dr LEE TH is polite and very friendly. He does’t rush through his consultation and takes time to explain and educate. Unlike some doctors from profit motivated corporation which I shall not name (Sir Stamford *R* cough cough) Dr LEE is knowledgable and seemed genuine and concerned about my health. I hate going to those R clinic doctors who only know how to treat basic illnesses and known to refer you to specialists to keep up their referral KPI $$$$$.
Dr LEE is very busy and there is often a long queue to see him.

Got to know this clinic through friend recommendation. It is rather secluded on the 15th floor which surprised me.
Dr. Lee is an amazing doctor and one of the best that I have consulted. He is kind and patient and was a very good listener. I can tell he has years of experience and expertise behind him. 🙏🏻
Also Grateful for the good life advice that I received.

Very good Doctor. I come here to see Dr Lee for the last 5yrs. Everywhere in Singapore is the same. U hv to queue to good doctor.
Only if you are rude and impatient to nurses , you will get the same attitude from them. I never have any issue with them.
Dr Lee is very experienced and kind
