The Pain Relief Clinic operates at Shaw House offering specialized medical services focused on pain management with emphasis on affordable initial consultations at $50 and insurance or Medisave claims capability. Pain management clinics address important healthcare needs by helping patients experiencing chronic or acute pain conditions that significantly impact quality of life.
Pain management employs multiple treatment modalities potentially including detailed diagnostic assessment identifying pain sources, physiotherapy and manual therapy techniques, exercise prescription, injection therapies, acupuncture, and comprehensive treatment plans addressing both symptoms and underlying contributors. Successful outcomes often require multiple sessions and patient commitment to prescribed exercises or lifestyle modifications. Insurance and Medisave coverage make treatments more accessible.
The Pain Relief Clinic operates at Shaw House during business hours serving patients with various pain conditions seeking professional solutions beyond medication management alone. Initial consultations involve thorough assessments establishing diagnoses and individualized treatment plans. The emphasis on affordable consultation pricing and claims capability addresses access barriers that might otherwise prevent patients from seeking specialized care.

- Incomplete Assessment: The assessment was brief and medications weren’t explained at all.
- Unjustified Pricing: The cost didn’t align with the level of care provided.
- Cleanliness Issues: Both the GP and physiotherapy areas were not clean.
- Referral Concerns: The GP only referred me to his own clinic, which felt biased. Price is higher than average.

Is a good place for pain management after my surgery. After seeing them I stopped taking tramadol Panadol. The psychotherapy is quite professional together with Dr Tan who I meet in the online conference. The pain relief help me a lot as I am having pain/numbness on my left hand and the pain move around making it hard to cure/detect. After seeing them the pain move to my neck and hopefully it will stay there as it is making it easier to cure and concentrate.
