🟦 Have been patronising this Nonya Kueh Subway Niche kiosk for years at Wisma Atria mall. 🧡The kueh are delicious! I let my pics do the talking.🤎

I like their kueh but the service really CMI. The staff was so glued to her phone she didn’t hear me at all, I was like “HELLO HELLO EXCUSE ME HELLO HELLO HI HI HI, HELLOOOO” then when I was ordering my food she still continued to watch the show on her phone and didn’t hear my order. 😑 But it’s really nice to see a random little kueh shop in a prime area haha. Nice to snack on a little 白糖糕 while walking through the malls.

Kueh standard has dropped! Especially the kueh kosui, tasted like "cheap flour", eating a block of starch 🙄 regretted giving them a second chance 👎👎👎

I bought food (Nasi Lemak and Otak) at Subway Niche, Wisma Atria B1-17, total bill $5.60. I paid with 2 x $2 notes, 1 x $1 note, 1 x 50-cent coin, and 2 x 5-cent coins. The cashier (a female staff named “Ah Fen”) refused to accept my two 5-cent coins, saying “customers told her not to accept,” and even challenged me to “complain anywhere if I wanted.” According to Singapore law, 5-cent coins are legal tender up to $2. I was only using $0.10 worth. Her refusal was unlawful, disrespectful, and created a very poor customer experience.

I bought a piece of kuih lopes which tasted unusually bitter, after just one bite. My husband also tasted it and felt the same way. So we returned to the store immediately with what we thought was some very simple and routine feedback to them, but to our astonishment, we were met with a vendor, a lady staff, who was nothing short of dismissive and disdainful towards us, flat out denying our concern without making even the slightest attempt to look into the matter. Enough of that and long story short, we will never go back there again. The quality was mediocre at best, the kuih are pricey but, above all, the service was, to put it mildly, simply atrocious.

Having fond memories of this unassuming stall along the Wisma Atria underground stretch, I was happy to see that it’s there after all these years, pretty kuehs on display at affordable prices. I hope it never leaves. I have to agree with some reviews regarding the service level that has a lot of room for improvement. Other than that, the traditional kuehs are flavours and textures of childhood, which I will certainly return to occasionally.

had a-lot of fun at this place. the staff alicia was very professional and attended to all request. The system there are also very updated. the songs that were trending were all mostly able to find. overall will come back the next time again. thank you

Not bad a place for Karaoke. Space decent and pricing ok. Music and sound control is easy and on the phone.

Visited on weekday evening after 7. Made a booking via call in the afternoon and staff are very helpful in the suggestions regarding the number of people and size of room to choose. Price is pretty cheap for its location. Rooms are efficient and quite comfortable. Note to improve: songs can be chosen from the app but the instructions are not clear (not clear for first timer). The QR code is hidden in the karaoke machine ☹️ it took me 10 mins to figure it out If this can be printed out as a flyer (instruction + QR code) then it’s easier to pass around and set up the app.

I recently visited this KTV with a friend, and unfortunately, the experience was below expectations. Upon entering, there was a man in a blue shirt at the counter who appeared to be a manager or team leader, but we didn’t feel welcomed at all. The atmosphere was also affected by a strong smoke smell, and the sound system quality could use improvement. I hope the management can consider enhancing ventilation, staff hospitality, and audio quality to create a more pleasant experience for future guests.
