Average food, uninspiring staff. I would prefer going to the Paragon Subway.

Great service from Crissie, Lin, and Suki! They made my visit to APM Monaco Paragon so enjoyable. I will definitely recommend this store to friends.

I had just intended to browse early for a gift.. and ended up spending more than an hour in the store! I also bought more than I planned to :,) This is thanks to Ameerah who patiently showed me the different collections available, and also recommending suitable pieces as a gift. Loved that she took time to understand what I was looking for, really appreciate the personal touch! Also thanks to manager Lin for the great service. Can’t wait to wear my new bracelet and I’ll definitely be back!

I visited the paragon outlet today and was served by Crissie. She was so passionate and knowledgeable on their jewellery and offers great advice on which items are more suitable for me. Her level of patience was commendable, she remained cheerful as I tried on so many items during my visit. I’ll definitely be back to look for Crissie for my next purchase. I love their Meteorites Collection! It comes in a whole set, necklace, earrings, bracelet, ring. It's shiny and I love the design. Elegant and sparking, suitable for casual wear too. The outlet at Paragon looks beautiful and cosy. The box is classy and great for gifts too! Will definitely recommend it to my friends.

I was amazed and impressed by the professionalism and friendliness displayed by Lin, who was helpful and patient enough to let me and my sisters try on different jewellery models as we went in clueless on which to get. We had a hard time deciding but Lin took time to explain and advice us based on our lifestyle and skin tone. Lin was not pushy or hardsell at all which we appreciate the ample time to decide!He never rushed us even though it's nearing closing time and even served us Evian water and ferrero rocher which took us by surprise!Lin's excellent customer service further reaffirmed our decision to get from him as his service is one of the best. The overall ambient is super pleasant and inviting which made the whole buying experience comfortable and delightful. We are so happy with our purchases and we would highly recommend Lin to anyone wanting to buy APM!!! *thumbs up*

The experiences I had at APM was excellent @ outlet Paragon. The staff Mr Koh & his team, were extremely patience and thoughtful while serving customers, professional and knows the product well. From a consumer expectation, their customer services standard rate above the expected standards as compare to other brands 👍👍 As a returning customer, never once had I feels differently even when each time I go back again to purchase few new launched items…👍
