The new manager has made the environment much less comfortable. Even when the place isn’t full, he insists that people sit together at the same table, which feels unnecessary. While we were quietly studying, he repeatedly told us what we couldn’t do instead of letting us focus. He also made comments about us leaving our bags unattended when we had just stepped away to the bathroom. It feels overly strict and unwelcoming for a space that’s meant to be relaxed.

Pretty standard Starbucks. Not as cosy as some other outlets but has several low coffee tables w cushioned chairs.
Staff was efficient... I found a dead cockroach under my table and reported it. One of the cashiers promptly came and cleared it away with a broom.
While it doesn't speak much about the sanitation status of the outlet, at least the staff dealt promptly with the issue.

I came here expecting to do some quick work while I enjoy my coffee. I ended up paying $9 for a coffee that wasn't even nice and a place that has power outlets but none of them are working. What happened to Starbucks? Now I can't even charge my laptop anymore. 1 stars for this Starbucks. This ain't a Starbucks, it's just a bucks 🤡.

First time having Starbucks in Singapore. So my thoughts. Service was meh like mid. Staff look tired and unaccommodating. So my complaint is the blackpink drink limited edition Frappuccino drink. Its bland and tasted like plain ice except the lil chocolate under. The staff forgot to put the whip cream on. The creamy chicken is legit good, thats why its the best seller! Yeah just the drink is meh. The staff could be better. They need more training.
I just miss the top notch customer service of Japan but that is a story for another time.

I frequent this Starbucks quite a bit and honestly, the service here has been consistently great. The team’s always friendly, and I really like how they write cute little messages or “thank yous” on the cups — small gesture but it brightens the day.
Special shoutout to Aloy (hope I got the name right) for always remembering my Grande Iced Americano with ristretto shot, less ice — didn’t even have to say my order once and he already knew. Super attentive and friendly! ☕️
They also recently upgraded their lighting — it’s brighter now and much better for doing work or just chilling with a book.
Overall, one of the better Starbucks around the Orchard area. It can get pretty busy on Friday and Saturday nights, but on most other days it’s a nice spot to sit back, people-watch, and unwind. 😊

we decided to stop by this starbucks for a quick pick-me-up! we got our go-to iced strawberry black tea lemonade which was delicious as always. the staff were incredibly friendly, and were very prompt in giving us our drinks! this starbucks is also very eco-friendly as they give you reusable cups if you're dining in. we would definitely recommend this starbucks!
