Had a great experience purchasing Bose QuietComfort Earbuds from Bose Paragon. First got to know of the earbuds from Prem at Tangs who shared his purchase decision with me. As I forgot to bring my Tangs vouchers that day, I went to Paragon on new year's eve to get the earbuds. That's where I met Benjamin who was really patient and kind in supporting me on the colour and payment selection. Prem and Ben, you've made Bose earbuds good already, even before I tested! Thank you!!

I have been a loyal Bose customer for years, buying products all over the world and always loving their quality. Service is usually great too, but my recent experience at the Paragon mall store stood out thanks to Prem He solved a tricky technical problem with my speakers at home that I could not fix myself, and he did it with such friendliness and professionalism. Prem also took the time to walk me and my family through the latest products, making the visit both helpful and enjoyable. I rarely leave reviews, but Ptem went above and beyond and truly deserves recognition. Bose is lucky to have him -- he is the kind of person who makes customers loyal for life!

Went to check out the ceiling speaker and the guy was extremely clueless and unsure. He also seemed annoyed when we wanted to listen to the in house experience. The “experience area” was so dirty and dark. Pls do better! You guys are located at paragon for heaven sake!

Ben's Cookies is an international chain of stores that bakes and sells cookies. After baking cookies at home, Helge Rubinstein opened a kiosk to sell them at Oxford's Covered Market in 1984. The cookies are usually sold warm because they are baked fresh in the store. The first store was in Oxford's covered market. Most of the stores are located in London, but there are also stores in other cities in England and other countries. The brand name “Ben's Cookies” was inspired by Helge's son, and the iconic logo, featuring an image of Ben, was created by his friend, the famous artist Quentin Blake. The main characteristic of Ben's Cookies is the use of chocolate chunks instead of chips in its cookies. I describe these cookies as “soft and sticky,” “moist,” and “full of flavor.” Enjoying them is a treat.

Cookie was alright. Morning staff on 12 Nov 25 was rude, perhaps bc I only bought one cookie, which wasn't cheap at 3.90

Totally disappointed with it after they reopened. It was not a cookie. It was a cake. Soft and mushy and I suspect they put the cookie there for hours. Was never the same texture and taste I had last time!

One of the snacks that caught my attention when I went to Orchard Road… because the queue was quite long and it smelled good… the character of the cookies is soft... the taste is delicious... theres filling in the middle of the cookies according to what we ordered... It is so different with Famous Amos from the Size and the character of the cookies… Famous Amos is more crunchy and smaller than Ben’s Cookies… My kids love both cookies in wisma atria (Famous Amos for take it home to Jakarta and Bens Cookies they immediately finished everything in Singapore)

We bought a box of 7 cookies It was super yummy & cookies it should be however the let down was the packaging, they wrap it on continuous liner then filed up 2 cookies each row, when i wanted to eat my favorite flavor it was on the bottom, to take out i need to transfer carefully one by one just to reach the bottom, it also breaks the cookies on top on doing so. Ben cookies you need to improve your packaging please as it ruined the experience of indulging in a nice cookies 🍪 Great thing i like your cookies as not so sweet just perfect except the packaging.
