Staff was super kind, caring and friendly. I came over in alot of pain walking on crutches and they just brought a wheelchair and pushed me around. And even to the taxi stand after i was done. Amazing service best people so grateful.

Was privileged to b taken care by Nurse Mala. She is so caring n attentive n a typical “service with a big smile” type of person. Highly commendable n thank you.

Very slow! Was asked to come at 9AM for a 9.30AM ultrasound, wasn't seen until 10.20AM. Still waiting for then to burn a CD of the scan and it's after 11AM. Shocked to see some reviews state it's efficient here.

My first visit to lifescan at paragon for mammogram and breast ultrasound. Surprised by their radiology staff. Both scans were done professionally and also friendly! To my surprised they are both local Chinese. As other radiologists in ex clinics usually done by non local. Anyway thumbs up for their radiologist at lifescan as well as their friendly reception staff.

Many thanks and commendation to the team at Lifescan. The radiographer highlighted an error with the referral form resulting us in having to redo the xray. The team ensured that all the issues were resolved and it was a very smooth experience. Thank you to the team!

First full spine cervical MRI with Sedation at Lifescan Imaging Paragon. Staff Karen, Patricia, Nurse Elaine, Sal are very helpful and sweet. Dr Wong Her Shannon (Anaesthetist) is trusting and professional. Briefing before MRI was detailed and cleared. Know that this is the right place for my scan and feel comforting with peace of mind.

I just completed MRI with Lifescan. I cannot thank enough all the staffs at MRI imaging center, helping me to overcome claustrophobia, especially Nurse Elina. She held my hand the entire process giving me assurance and confidence completing the scan. Words cannot describe how much thankful am I to meet her! Thank you very much for the team! Thanks to the nurses and radiologists at Lifescan for being super patient with me! Esp Hasina and Boon! ♥️ it took 3 attempts but I DID it! Ordinary folks don’t understand how claustrophobia can be so debilitating and scary. We need patience and understanding. Great they allowed my hubby to be in there with me.

Wonderful Experience and Excellent Service at the Radiology Center I had a very positive experience at the radiology center when I brought my 15-year-old daughter in for a hip X-ray. From the moment we arrived, the staff, Patricia at registration was very attentive and efficient, making the check-in process smooth and stress-free. Dr Huang, the radiologist, and Vidya, the radiographer were incredibly thoughtful. Knowing that my daughter is a teenager, they made a point to have a female radiographer conduct the scan, which I truly appreciated. Dr Huang also took the time to personally explain the results to us after the scan, which was reassuring and very helpful. As it was near the end of the day and I needed to forward the digital report to our doctor, staff Patricia went above and beyond by staying back to assist. She even coordinated with Gerald from the IT team to ensure the report was successfully shared. I’m truly grateful for the care, thoughtfulness, and professionalism shown by the entire team. Their dedication made a big difference, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this center to others.
