This is the best gym I’ve ever been to! The staff are incredibly warm and welcoming. You instantly feel special the moment you walk in. I even spoke to a few members during my visit, and they all shared the same positive experience. Jannel gave me a tour and was so patient in answering all my questions. :) thank you to this amazing team!

Outstanding service at Fitness First Paragon! I’ve been a Fitness First member for over 8 years and have visited several branches across Singapore, but the service at the Paragon outlet truly stands out. Special thanks to Sara at the front desk—she is always polite, attentive, and incredibly efficient. I was especially impressed that she remembers the sizes of the gym attire I usually request and has them ready before I even ask. That level of attention and care is rare and deeply appreciated. I recently brought my 70-year-old mother to try out the gym, and Sara went above and beyond—guiding her to the washroom, explaining how the lockers work, and engaging her in friendly conversation. Thanks to Sara’s kindness and patience, my mum felt at ease and is now even considering signing up for yoga sessions with a FitPass. On our next visit, Sara remembered us and checked in on how my mum was doing, offering to help if she had any questions. That personal touch made the experience truly heartwarming. A big thank you as well to Patrick, who helped my mum with her trial class sign-up and birthday pass. He was patient and supportive throughout, helping her feel comfortable at her own pace. Sara and Patrick made a huge difference in our experience. Their genuine care and professionalism are truly commendable. I hope Fitness First recognises such stellar service—it definitely deserves to be celebrated!

Absolutely love the environment & facilities here. Missy Sexy Sara, Harvind, and Victor have all been amazing in assisting me with my membership plan sign up in a min. super friendly, helpful, and full of great vibes! Classes here are greats as well, Ryan Ong class is great & awesome 🤩 would be great if there’s more evening classes 🥲

Loving the newly renovated cycling studio at FF Paragon👏👏. Have been here since Nov 2018 and RPM cycling classes here have always been fun and exciting with good instructors! cheers to years to ride & loving the workout & studio 😊 …
