love the variety of flavours! the staff at counter was very friendly and kind to let us taste some flavours we like to try. very pleased with her service, she was interacting to us abt our day and making sure that we liked the flavours we chose! will definitely come back again to try more flavours :))

Came here, a few times it is good but shop is slightly hot. Staff, is knowledgable and nice. Most importantly, the starbuck voucher pack was great.

Sometimes you wonder if Starbucks is over rated? But with so many over-rated cafes and over priced coffee everywhere, Starbucks still packs a consistent punch with offers of free cakes. Just purchase during promotion seasons and you will find the price point still attractive.

Good venue place in orchard, but not highly recommended to relax and make yourself comfortable. Badly service my the name of DAST a malay lady who do not know how to greet and smile, 1st she tell you a very rude approached without any greetings at all. When your drinks is ready they just leave in the receiving area and dont called by name, which is not a starbucks standard. Store hours is till 10pm, but 9:20 they will close the store music and in 10pm. They will play very loud music which is so irritating that they want you to go now. The worst sbux i ever visited in asia with the worst sbux staff. Would like to complaint the malay female staff named DAST. Very rude never call the customer name and just leave our drinks on their counter and my friends also felt the same. 9:20pm they turn off the sounds and change it into a very inappropriate very loud sounds like intended for the customers inside the store to leave for them to close asap which closing time is 10pm. First time in my experience for the store to sound like a night pub. Very dissapointing as sbux downgraded their class type with this employee. Customer go to sbux to relax not to get STRESSED WITH THE SOUND MUSIC OF THE STORE AND RUDE EMPLOYEE!!! Will never be back on this store with very rude employe!

We left for a short break after studying, and when we came back, our stuff was gone. A male staff with black spectacles brought a basket of our things and said, "Do you know how long you guys were gone for?" "Do you know a lot of customers complained?" But there were still other seats. When I said sorry, he said nothing not even "just don’t do it next time." No basic courtesy. They had also thrown away our drinks, and we weren’t even done. My friend hadn’t drunk half. As I paid for her, I lost $15, and my other friend lost $8. Isn’t that too much? Imagine if it was someone older, a working adult, or maybe an influencer, would he have reacted the same? Or was it because we are students? We know we were wrong for leaving our bags, but the staff wasn’t nice either.
