Enjoyed delicious drinks at Starbucks Paragon with my wife, but disappointed by the lack of power plugs for charging laptops during our client meeting. Friendly staff, great atmosphere, but could improve accessibility for customers needing to charge devices.

23/8/24 Fri: Petite counter lady was nice enough to allow this pregnant lady to order at 10:02pm as I wasn’t able to order via the app earlier. Thank you for making my day as I was craving badly for the strawberry black tea lemonade to quench my thirst!

A good place to chill with a nice cup of Latte. Service was fast even though it was crowded.

Redeemed our birthday rewards here. Place was very crowded and chairs were too close and our chairs were touching chairs from the neighbouring tables. Had trouble getting in and out of our seats.

Very crowded but generally a good service. Average price $6-7 for a drink. And the same for food.

Generally Starbucks standards of service and food are quite predictable and standard. But this particular branch service is terrible. They are not even welcoming customers. They are plenty of empty seats (see photo) and they don't even allow my wife and I to enter. The guy at the entrance just brushed us off. Worst employee ever. I suggest you better off walk down to the other end of the building to Greyhound cafe. The service staff are great. Nice comfortable setting. And the foods were great.

It's been a while since my last visit to this branch because they're always full house. We're lucky enough to get a table today and sat down for drinks & cakes. The staff at the cashier wasn't friendly and obviously wasn't happy working. She was also not very patient when asked about the app. Very disappointed as Starbucks baristas are usually way friendlier and more helpful than this.

Comfy seats and nice ambience for chillin. Service was good, staff and barista was nice and friendly. Had the popular Iced Strawberry Pure Matcha Latte for the drink, and Pistachio Kunafa Strawberry Cheesecake. The iced strawberry matcha latte was very nice, not so sweet, got the bitterness from the pure matcha, compliments well with the sweetness of the strawberry, got the strawberry chunks too. A bit disappointed with the pistachio kunafa strawberry cheesecake though, couldn’t really taste the pistachio flavour, and only a thin layer of the cheesecake, the vanila sponge cake was a bit too eggy. Overall the cake was jus average for my liking.
