Went here with my bestie, it was her first time to do french tips so i was excited about it. The shop have good reviews in instagram so i booked. I’m not sure what time they closed but at 7pm i really felt they are rushing to close their shop. I got a classic pedicure with foot spa, but I don’t think they scrubbed and removed the calluses, it’s just like washing your feet. The best way to describe it is - “i could have done it myself”, but that defeats the purpose of going to the salon 😩 Anyway, at first my friend is kinda happy because her short nails was able to get the french tips done however after a few days it chipped. There are no hard selling to me, because maybe i looked poor. But my friend said they offered to her, can’t remember what was that. There is nothing special in this shop, the equipments are outdated. They used a small fan to dry nails😏 Overall, not worth to travel to come to the salon. The biggest deal breaker is that they make you feel they want to go home already and your booking is quiet late, i guess some staff are choosy with their customers

My usual place to get my nails done. The ladies here are really sweet and take the time to do the nails perfectly. Been doing my nails with Elaine offlate and she does the most beautiful French tips. Would recommend for even guys as I bring my husband here often for his pedicures.

First time doing anyting with my nails. I have very bitten and messy fingers with a few open wounds, wasnt sure anything could be done about my nails but they were able to do gel extensions for me, completely painless despite many open wounds on my fingers. I had a very nice technician with 10+ yrs of experience who was nice to talk to as well. All the staff were very friendly, after a small problem was pointed out they made sure it was fixed immediately. overall great experience!!

Posting because what wonderful service! I was a walk-in and had limited time but we communicated well on what services I could do with the time that I had. They more than delivered with the exceptional level of skill by both stylists. They recommended colours I loved after listening to my preferences. Thank you so much. I had a lovely time. :) I did a classic gel pedicure and express gel manicure.

Dropped by cuz I wanted to fix my previous pedicure problem from another nail salon, which was a painful ingrown toe nail.. I’ve delayed going into another salon for months but was casually shopping at Somerset 313 since it has my favourite massage place and hair salon so I figured the service in a nail salon should be world class too.😝 To my surprise, I was greeted with a warm welcome when I was just enquiring prices.. so I booked a pedicure.. during service, I noticed the care she put into her work so I upgraded to a classic mani too because of this!! Thank you to Beverly and Elaine, your customer service and work is meticulous and gentle, I will definitely come back! 💯

I visited Victoria’s Secret, Mandarin Gallery, to buy a pijama as a gift. I told the consultant(Jynki or I didn’t catch her full name) it was for a present, but she ignored me and simply placed the gift box into a bag, as if I should pack it myself. I had to correct her before she finally did it properly. She also forgot to include the receipt, and I had to go back for it. Her attitude was unfriendly, and overall the service was disappointing.

5 stars isn't enough! Victoria's Secret exceeded my expectations with their exceptional service, from the sales team to the cashier - everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient! The quality of the items is top-notch, and I'm obsessed with my purchase! 💕👏💅 The cashier's speedy and hassle-free checkout process was the icing on the cake! 🍰

went lingerie shopping at Mandarin Gallery today, and the experience was solid! The staff, Kely, was super nice and professional. She was super patient and gave me suggestions on styles that would suit me, and never once pressured me. Felt damn comfortable the whole time. Ended up buying a piece that fits super happy with it! 10/10 service will surely come back and look for her again. Highly recommend!!

Thanks, Valerie, for helping me out to iron out the finer details of a gift for my wife. This shop is not for the faint of heart; men especially, and somehow, everything was smooth sailing with the sales assistant.

Bought my gf some gift and wow one of the guy working there was super nice especially as i was a guy shopping there he was very welcoming and helpful (i think his indian pls promote him) BUT got some lady damnn rude she was like “eh u come here” “What you want” *K, whats ur name” “What size” “K” “U wait here” *went somewhere for awhile so just checked out” Like chill im awkward enough there idw bring more attention to myself as a guy inside bruh like 😭😭😭 Ok but dont scold them ye maybe she was tired but ye chill😭😭😭cuz my male friends who accompanied me literally went straight out prob cuz they thought i got scolded Cashier was nice too⚡️⚡️⚡️but W guy who assisted me ✌️✌️✌️
