A good place to chill with a nice cup of Latte. Service was fast even though it was crowded.

Redeemed our birthday rewards here. Place was very crowded and chairs were too close and our chairs were touching chairs from the neighbouring tables. Had trouble getting in and out of our seats.

Generally Starbucks standards of service and food are quite predictable and standard. But this particular branch service is terrible. They are not even welcoming customers. They are plenty of empty seats (see photo) and they don't even allow my wife and I to enter. The guy at the entrance just brushed us off. Worst employee ever. I suggest you better off walk down to the other end of the building to Greyhound cafe. The service staff are great. Nice comfortable setting. And the foods were great.

Ordered my usual drink as attached pic and was absolutely disappointed with the taste. It tasted so light and lacking. Don't expect this kind of mistake from Starbucks who's known for good drinks. This order was done by a guy yesterday whom I have not seen before as I frequent there almost daily. To the management looking into this review, kindly send this guy for training as he'll be a deterrent to your loyal customer as nobody want to pay 8 bucks for a low standard drink.🫥 Special credit to the gals for working hard and fast too and maintaining the smiles always .

Enjoyed delicious drinks at Starbucks Paragon with my wife, but disappointed by the lack of power plugs for charging laptops during our client meeting. Friendly staff, great atmosphere, but could improve accessibility for customers needing to charge devices.

Visited somerset store on 31/12/2024. I had quite an unpleasant experience there. It was my first time buying it over the counter instead of online store. I m quite regret of going to the retail store, i should continue to buy from online store. I believe the staff represents the branding. The morning, i went into the store and wanted to get Chamomile tea, so i went to the counter to ask the staff if chamomile tea is available and she told me thy do not sell chamomile tea. I m like shock in my heart as i have been getting them online.. and i would say her attitude and tone is not as friendly and good, no smile on her face too. Not very welcoming. So i asked her for any alternative, while she showing me, i saw chamomile tea just near to the tea she showed to me. Ok... i just take whatever i wanted, made payment and left the store. Hope this can be improved.

Lovely chamomile, mint and floral teas. One bag is enough to refill cuppa for one day for us. Shiok.

Positioned as premium tea but customer service at supermarkets is anytime better than them. Both staff at 313 were unfriendly and looked totally uninterested and literally just pointed at the shelves and said ‘we only have this’, ‘we only have that’ when questions are asked. Completely lacks initiatives to provide consultation or alternatives (I was looking for fruit tea only) till I spotted the items I needed myself. I read similar feedback about service at 313, was anything done at all to improve the attitude of the staff? On the same day, we bought a box of assorted coffee at $56 (our spending at T2 was $69) at Bacha ION. On the contrary, Bacha's crew is more cheerful, product packaging and service also mirror the premium quality of their products. Lastly, if T2 is unable to provide the same level of elegance in packaging, at least don’t charge $1 for the BASIC looking bag. It just made the already bad customer journey worse! Disappointing! Not going back at all!

The closing time of the branch at Somerset is reflected as 10 pm on the official website of the company, but upon reaching the shop at 9.45 pm on Saturday 8 Jan, the shop was already closed. I wanted to purchase tea for my family and friends overseas and my flight is on the following day morning. Hence, I had to endure the frustration that came as the result of the misinformation posted on the website. As an international company, I think they should be held to higher standards in providing accurate information to customers, in order to create trust for both their new and old customers.
