I chose signature set lunch ( ramen normal sz + drink + side dish) and add in egg which costs 25$. Quite fulfilling and the ramen soup base is realy nice. The food was served after 5mins order.

I visited at 11am to meet my ramen cravings! Food came 5 minutes after I ordered. Super efficient. They have lunch special set available from 11am-3pm - $16++. It's a Smaller bowl of noodles + 3 diff side dish options and drinks available - you may add on more noodles $3/-. For my side dish, I chose karaage chicken x 3 pieces, because the char siew only had one slice in this set.. I also added on seaweed $2.50, onsen egg at $3 each. On hindsight, maybe it's cheaper to get the ala carte as the portion is bigger and already comes with the egg, seaweed. The staff was helpful in assisting me to decide how to choose my broth option and done-ness of my noodles. Thank you I really enjoyed my ramen 🙏👍🏻

Good ramen fix as always. Really love how intense the garlic oil is here. Ramen noodles are just the way I like it. It can get quite noisy in here

Not much people on weekdays, tastes fairly okay for the snacks but not recommend takoyaki, rest good. Ramen nice, just today didn’t eat then no pic…

For $83.94 I have 3 bowl of ramen (2 of the mid range, 1 of the basic) and a plate of fried rice. The ramen broth still taste authentic and is equivalent to the one I have in Japan… but I have not been to Japan since 2019 so my memory might fail me. Still feel this is the best ramen I have in Singapore thus far (this branch only, other branch in Singapore somehow felt a bit off). Service is ok, responsive, just towards the end you start to see quick plate clearing with the hidden message of please leave, if you want a nicer experience, ensure you are fully pack up and go BEFORE paying the bill at the counter. I still give it 5 stars base on my criteria of “I will want to go to this place just for this food”, and this time round is to bring my kiddo to taste her first ramen

Crafted as an elevated dining experience, IPPUDO Beyond isn’t just an expansion of the menu; it’s a reframing of how we enjoy ramen: more communal, more expressive, and more exploratory, while still holding on to that signature IPPUDO warmth. IPPUDO’s classic Hakata-style ramen has always been anchored in its creamy pork bone broth and thin noodles. But here, the kitchen goes bolder, layering textures, spices, and new flavours without losing the essence. 🍜Daichi Miso Ramen A broth built on four types of miso, earthy and deep without overwhelming the palate. Paired with thick-cut noodles, stir-fried vegetables, tender roast beef chashu, and crispy burdock chips (which add this unexpectedly addictive crunch). The final dusting of sansho spice lifts everything with a bright, citrusy zing. 🍜Volcano Miso Ramen Basically Daichi Miso’s fiery alter ego. The chilli garlic oil swirl and Cajun-spiced fried gobo turn this bowl into something smoky, punchy and just spicy enough to make you lean forward for the next bite. Spice lovers, this is for you. 🍜Uma-Rich Shoyu Ramen If you chase umami, this is it. A tri-layered broth of clam, chicken and pork, deepened further with five Japanese soy sauces including IPPUDO’s secret shoyu. Served with silkier noodles and four kinds of chashu (pork shoulder, pork loin, duck breast, roast beef) - it’s refined, balanced and quietly luxurious. IPPUDO Beyond strikes that rare balance of evolution without abandonment. It’s still the IPPUDO we know - warm service, soulful broths and thoughtful execution, but now with room for gathering, lingering, and exploring flavours beyond the familiar.

Great selection of appetisers, ramen and drinks! There's happy hour until 7pm (at least on weekdays) for 50% off various drinks. We were attended by Katherine, who was extremely polite and friendly. Cheers to her for making our dining experience an amazing one!

Brought some Japanese friends over for dinner over the weekend and our experience was somewhat tainted by the attitude of a single staff - which was unfortunate because everything else was top-notch. The staff in question - Lewis - was stone-faced and emotionless throughout the evening. There were no smiles, no acknowledgements, no thank you when she tended to us. This may sound like an exaggeration but she acted as if everyone owed her a living. That's the best way I can describe it. She would come to our table, look at us silently with a pissed-off expression, take down our order and leave without saying a single word. At first, I thought it was just our table she was upset with but we observed that her attitude was consistent with every customer. At one point, I had to apologise to my Japanese friends for her behaviour and from that moment on, we made a deliberate attempt to approach the other staff whenever we needed anything. We understand that everyone has bad days but this is where professionalism comes in. If she was having a bad day she made no attempt to hide it. This is in stark contrast to the other staff there - a young lady and an elderly woman - who were both attentive, patient and friendly. Lewis served us again at the cashier and after making payment, she handed us the receipt without saying a single word. We don't expect restaurant staff to ask about our dining experience but when they can't even bring themselves to say "thank you" or "see you again" when we leave, it's safe to say there's something fundamentally wrong. As much as we enjoyed the food and ambience and rest of the service staff, I don't think I'll be going back there again if Lewis has another bad day.

One of my favorite ramen place in Singapore. I loved the Bonito Tonkotsu Ramen, but it seems its not in the menu anymore. I tried the Volcano ramen recently and its pretty good. Nonetheless, I still miss the deep smokey flavored Bonito Tonkotsu Ramen. Overall, the food was still good. And I still love the vibe and texture of the noodles here above any other Ippudo in Singapore.

06 Dec 2025 The gyoza here is good. Ramen is good too. Usually, I had Ippudo at Shaw Centre outlet. I personally think this outlet taste better.
