I purchased an eyebrow package and have been coming to this location to have my brows tweezed and tinted for a few months now. I'd never tried tinting before and Fifi was excellent at explaining the procedure and putting me completely at ease. Fifi takes such kind care of me. She is precise and so gentle that it feels like a mini spa treatment when she works her magic. I always look great when she's done and it lasts 4-6 weeks between treatments. Fifi does such a great job, I will continue to see her and highly recommend.

I’d like to compliment Fifi for her excellent care and professionalism during my brow embroidery and upper eyeliner sessions. Her work is beautifully natural and long-lasting, and she made the entire experience very comfortable by checking in throughout the process. I had an excellent thread and tweeze experience at Browhaus Paragon with therapist Kristen Pheng. She was not only extremely gentle but also meticulous in both her explanations and actions, which immediately put me at ease. Throughout the session, she was very detailed, ensuring that every step was thorough and carefully done. Her professionalism truly stood out, and I appreciated the level of care and precision she brought to the service. Highly recommend Kristen if you’re looking for a top-notch experience!

Fifi is a true master with brows and with over 14 years of experience at browhaus. Shes patient and extremely skilled at her work with the most natural looking brows ever. The only person I will trust fully across all the outlets on the island. Service at the front customer of this outlet is pleasant too!

came for pedicure on 18 Jan and I understand there will be extra charges 10 days prior festive (lunar new year holiday on 29 Jan) but the staff insist that 28 Jan (eve) not counted and insist on extra payment. Lucky thing is I have not started anything and walked out. Waste my time travel from Malaysia to Singapore. When made appointment on phone nothing was mentioned. Still have a lot of credit in package. Once finish my package will not re-sign new package again. Strong do not recommend. I did my Classic Gel Mani done on 30 June (Friday) and on the day itself the outer part of nails done looked quite loose as if there’s empty space between my nails and manicure. Less than a week later, manicure from 2 of my nails (left hand whereas i am right handed) started getting peeled off; and today (10 days after the nails done), I saw manicure on my left thumb nail starting to be peeled off so I had to write this review. Please see the photos. What a quality of manicure (not even nail arts)!! + hard selling and I had to wait for 30 mins before I got the service started although I arrived on time for my appointment.

Overall experience wasn’t the worst but not great. Hard selling tactics and laments on how callused my feet were and in dire need of treatment but I insisted that it was unnecessary and the pedicurists (there were 2 of them) didn’t seem too pleased lol. Pedicure was basic but not as thorough as most I’ve had, and nail colour was also a little too sparsely applied. That said, there were many colours to choose from although almost half of them required a top-up of $10. I personally wouldn’t recommend this place.

I have a package with Qoosh Wisma and visited on 3rd November for a pedicure. Unfortunately during this visit I sustained an injury during the treatment caused by the pedicurist. It was a very deep cut and even with pressure applied blood still flowed from the wound for half an hour. What made this experience worse was while I was crying from the pain, another staff was laughing at my situation while explaining to her customer about what was going on, faulting me saying this happened because my callus was too thick. I was so mad at this that I told her and her customer it’s not my fault this happened so she stopped but minutes later she repeated the same thing. This was beyond unprofessional. It’s been almost three weeks and my wound has not fully healed. This has caused a lot of inconvenience with it being on the foot. I requested for a full refund for my package but this was rejected and was told through email that their management says“we(they) are unable to refund your package as all our packages are non refundable”. The customer service team offered two sessions of spa pedicure to make up for this but why would anyone risk getting another cut for two spa pedicures?

Wonderful experience at this outlet. Quiet ambience, indeed spa-like. A quiet getaway from the bustle of city life. Serena displayed excellent service throughout my mani-gel experience. 👍👍👍 Will drop by again
