I went to see Dr Joyce on the 25th Aug to remove a small patch of skin that seems to be like a wart, but was diagnose as a type of benign skin growth similar to skin tag. My experience with Dr Joyce was a pleasant one. I like my consultation to be straight forward, simple and most important, correct diagnosis and skillful execution. I have been in consultations where the specialist talks and talks but the diagnosis is incorrect and surgical execution is not up to par. Sometimes you only find out after you go through the entire procedure. This was not the case with Dr Joyce. She was professional, straight to the point and surgically precise in removing the skin growth. I waited awhile to write my review because I wanted to be sure that what Dr Joyce say will come to pass. And indeed, the wound has healed very nicely leaving only a very tiny scar. The cream, antiseptic dressing solution, cotton gauze provided assisted greatly in healing the wound. Highly Recommend!

I am consistently impressed by Dr. Lim's care. Today, she went above and beyond by seeing me for a follow-up concern and waiving the consultation fee. This kind of generosity and patient-first attitude is why I've trusted her with my skin for so long. A truly compassionate doctor.

My daughter had some skin issue that I tried to go other clinics and ended up giving us many medicine and not helping . Some one recommended Dr Joyce Lim and I regretted not going any earlier. She was very accurate in diagnose my girls skin problem . Her itchiness solved after some topical cream and medication. The staff are very friendly too..

In terms of professional dermatologic and aesthetic care, Dr Joyce Lim is my go to physician in Singapore - Her depth of expertise helps so much in my scaring post C section.The treatment plan and scar mgt was really good, I recovered today without any keloid, scar barely even visible. My subsequent eczema and pigmentation issue were also solved by Dr Joyce. Her team of nurses are A*, very dedicated and professional. I recommend this clinic because of their honest, ethical, no sugar-coating but effective treatment plan for your problems.

I had a photofractional laser treatment at Dr Joyce Lim’s clinic and the whole experience was smooth and efficient. Dr Joyce has steady hands and excellent skills, making the procedure comfortable. Recovery was quick and my facial complexion has noticeably improved.

I had a wonderful experience using Presto for my down coat. Although this was supposed to be a temporary arrangement, I am so pleased with the service provided that I’ll be returning in the future. They’re also professional and highly personable in when providing face to face service. I’d also like to commend their honesty since I forgot to take my AirPods Pro’s out of my coat pocket! I contacted them the very next day via WhatsApp and phone and they were very swift finding a resolution. The staff were incredibly helpful! I had vomit stains on my 100% wool Burberry scarf (dry clean only), and they went above and beyond to find a solution. Not only did the scarf come back looking brand new after their dry cleaning, but it was also ready earlier than expected! Sometimes, you just have to trust the professionals :)
