Met joleen from paragon store. Insincere and refuses feedback! Such an awesome dry cleaning service provider … a pity with such staff with insincerity and unwillingness to receive feedback

Jolene is super friendly. I trusted her with my clothes completely. She’s always cheerful and bring sunshine to customers!

I gave a perfectly fine relatively new pair of expensive trousers for dry cleaning. One week later I received a message from them saying that the trousers were damaged by their staff and they would rectify. Look how they rectified and expected me to accept and wear the pants with the patch on the butt !!! When I complained, they offered to waive the cleaning fee for the pants that I didn't even pick up and "apologized for the inconvenience". HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE.

She provides a personalized service that makes all the difference. Jolene even takes the time to advise on whether certain laundry items should be hung or folded, which I really appreciate. The clothes are always cleaned to perfection, and the overall experience is smooth and professional. Highly recommended!

Love the team at Presto Paragon. Jolyn always greets customers with a smile and friendly all the time. Although the dry cleaning is pricier than most places, at least they do their best to remove any stains & inform you if it’s too challenging. I’ve tried some other places and the garments come back damaged and out of shape. So if you love your garments, better to come to the Paragon outlet 👍🏻

Really horrible experience this time! 0 STAR! The previous dry clean was fine, but this time suddenly the brand tag on my garments become orange stained!!! I'm extremely dissapointed this time and my garments are also precious to me yet it's expensive! I won't be using their service anymore in the future and won't trust Presto drycleaners anymore!

So far great experience. They have shops at quite a few convenient locals in town areas. Good job with dry cleaning. They also offer free collection and delivery for jobs above $50. Minor suggestion is for Presto to explicitly arrange for the delivery date and time instead of just assuming exactly 1 week later at the same time is ok.

The staff of Paragon outlet far exceed my expectations in terms of hospitality and service attributes. Their warm presence and patience towards my needs. Highly recommended and pls acknowledge their dedication and hard work. Well done. The place to go for laundry needs.

I took my work dresses that were extremely crinkled as I had accidentally put them in the dryer for way too long. They were able to restore to original condition and the staff were extremely lovely. Very pleased with the service and the result. Thank you!

Terrific service!!! The customer service here is ways exceptional! They always complete my dry cleaning on time and are always very professional. High recommend this place!
