I first reached out to 313 on 7th July regarding a simple fix for my chain’s hook. I was told it would take 3–4 weeks; seems pretty excessive for such a straightforward repair. 🙃 I then reached out via WhatsApp to express some concerns and again, was met with the same templated replies. After some back and forth, their last message on 10th July was that they would follow up with me shortly. It has now been over two months, and I have only been met with radio silence. I can recognise that products naturally degrade over time and that simple fixes may be needed. What I cannot understand, however, is the lack of accountability and communication on their part. A repair might take time for sure, but poor customer service leaves a lasting impression—and in this case, not a positive one.

Was my favourite byinviteonly outlet but my last visit was quite disappointing. Last months the sales staff told me to use up my points for a 15% discount. I told her I wanted to keep it for my bday month and she told me there’ll be another 100 points which would allow me 15% discount. So she redeemed my points. Fast forward to my bday month, another staff told me bday points are only given if I verified my account and no way I could get it this year. Very disappointing. She then told me I could get my husband to sign up for 10% off. Later after I paid and left, I realised there’s a referral code which would allow me to receive 150points and get the 15% off. She didn’t inform me of this either. So basically your staff made me use up my points while giving me false hope of using my bday points. At no point did anyone inform me of the verification despite buying from you guys TWICE, from the same store. Additionally verification email can’t be traced unless you SEARCH their email. It’s a very disappointing shopping experience with a user unfriendly rewards system.

I decided to tried this brand because of the good review on Google but I was disappointed in the quality of their earing. I bought this star earing at $47.20!! But only used less than 10 times =( and the star come off. It is a waste of my money. Their round earing is okay but this one such a bad purchased. The earing I bought from thailand for $5 lasted longer than this.

Where most retail customer service has been reduced to being a surveillance camera nowadays, Ari at 313 Somerset had completely surprised me with her service when I had visited the booth today. Not only was she proactive in getting to know my purpose of the visit, despite near closing time, she patiently provided me a few recommendations and allow me to think through of the options. Thank you Ari for going the extra miles with you sincere service. It was a real pleasure shopping at your store.

Mei Kuan provided excellent customer service when i visited their branch today. She explained the promotion mechanics to me and assisted me to try on the bracelets. As she saw that i was undecided on which item to get, she even provided her personal opinion and shared the pros of either decision with me. Her colleague YT assisted me with the check out as Mei Kuan wasn’t around when i went back after making my decision. The check out was fuss free. Would return to this outlet to make future purchases :)

Overall, it’s a reliable spot if you’re looking for simple, pretty accessories and a fuss-free shopping experience in town.

super friendly and patient sales associates.. was struggling to find a gift and one of them patiently guided me and suggested many great options that fit my budget. came back a week later to ask for an exchange because the product is the same one the recipient already has, and to my surprise they were so cooperative and helpful. pleasant experience here, recommend anyone needing a good piece of jewelry for themselves or as a gift to pop by
