I first reached out to 313 on 7th July regarding a simple fix for my chain’s hook. I was told it would take 3–4 weeks; seems pretty excessive for such a straightforward repair. 🙃 I then reached out via WhatsApp to express some concerns and again, was met with the same templated replies. After some back and forth, their last message on 10th July was that they would follow up with me shortly. It has now been over two months, and I have only been met with radio silence. I can recognise that products naturally degrade over time and that simple fixes may be needed. What I cannot understand, however, is the lack of accountability and communication on their part. A repair might take time for sure, but poor customer service leaves a lasting impression—and in this case, not a positive one.
