Tom was an amazing guide for a denim newbie like me, and he is really helpful to help you find the right pair, especially if you have a type of look in mind, “try and feel the difference…” that is his advice. Also they have some crazy selections that are not available anywhere else in Singapore, do drop by for a consultation with any of their denim experts!

Agreed with most of the comment here that the staff have attitude issue. Especially if you are just here to send your nudie for repair. Totally unwelcoming and unhelpful since u are not here to spend. It is a shame that nudie repair partner is of such quality. Edit: reply to shop. It wasn’t a recent event. But it was once I was looking to send my nudie for repair and called the shop to understand the requirement. One of the requirement was to have the jeans washed before bringing down which I fully understand and proceed to wash it before going down. When I reached the shop, the 2 staff insist the jeans was unwashed and despite me trying to explained it was washed and I won’t risk wasting my time going down unwashed to just to be not compliance to the rule since I already know the requirement. But the staff just cut in while I am explaining and say he don’t want to listen and insisted it’s unwashed but unable to proof or give guidance on what basis he judge that on. After several mins on the same topic. He just reluctantly said never mind although it’s not washed they will process it. Throughout the whole session the attitude of the staff was just very unpleasant.

Bought a pair of Nudie Jeans at more than $200. Was told it will shrink by about 3% after first wash. Regrettably it actually shrunk by 20% or more after first wash. Brought it back to the shop to ask for resolutions but was told to wear for 6-8 months without washing to let it get back to shape. How can we do this in high humidity Singapore. Am really disappointed with this purchase :(

A few months ago, my dad bought a pair of jeans from them, he wore it a fair amount of times BUT never washed or did anything that's NOT meant to be done to the jeans. The jeans ripped quite a few weeks ago then he went to get it fixed, then ANOTHER SIDE of the jeans ripped, my dad had to go down again to request for a refund as it just seems like its a manufacturing problem. NOT A PROBLEM MY DAD MADE….But they only just offered a repair on the second tear and the staff said if you want a refund you have to email us.. Which I'm sure they are intentionally saying just to avoid/stall the problem. I emailed them and texted them on instagram to ask about the situation as this is ridiculous, outright scammy. To which they replied they have no control on how its worn and how they gotta forward this issue to nudie jeans and just asked me to wait for a response. 5 WEEKS + went by and no response… texted them asking for a status to which they just left it on read. Then a THIRD tear happened while in the midst of the 5 weeks of waiting for a reply. I think this already guarantees it that its a problem on their side… I think this brand or whatever has no respect for their customers, what do they mean by they have no control how its worn? I literally told them there’s no damage done intentionally or not from my dad, and I know he takes care of his jeans and they just like to act as if it’s not a problem on their end, HOW could a $200+ jean tear so many times??? I think this company or whatever is just blatantly making up really shit terms and rules for themselves to avoid these issues.
