Experience at Lush is perfect. From the moment I walked in, the retail assistant is super friendly. Definitely make me felt very welcomed. Next, their product knowledge is very good. Told her what kind of experience I am looking for and within seconds, she whipped out multiple products that can meet my needs. Store is also very need and tidy, very easy for me to browse the products. And to end off the whole experience, the staffs threw in a few gifts for me as they would like to pay it forward to brighten my day and I deeply appreciated the kind gesture. The kind gesture had made my day better and completed my whole “self-spa” experience. Will definitely be back to Lush Wisma Atria for my future spa/bath/grooming needs. And a great shoutout to Hilya and the team at Wisma Atria for so welcoming and knowledgeable. Also, their bath bombs and face and body mask are great too! Can’t wait to try their shower gel.

I had a fantastic experience today at the Lush store, Wisma Atria. Jess was patient, attentive and knowledgeable about the various products. She explained the differences clearly and shared information on each ingredient. Her helpful and warm demeanor made shopping at the store a pleasure. I will definitely be back to purchase more items from Jess.

Was at Lush looking for body sprays and Linda helped me out — she’s such a sweetheart! I ended up getting their bar products instead because I couldn’t decide on the sprays (too many nice ones!). What really surprised me was how attentive Linda was — she noticed I’d been gravitating toward vanilla scents and even picked out samples based on that. Such thoughtful, caring service that honestly made my day. Thank you, Linda, for being so lovely!

I've always loved shopping at Lush for its magical products that work wonders on my eczema-prone skin. However, a recent visit to the Wisma Atria outlet truly stood out. I entered around 6pm and found the store bustling. Feeling a bit lost, I was greeted by a friendly staff member named Jess. Her warmth transformed my shopping experience into something memorable. We bonded over our skin conditions as she enthusiastically recommended body lotions, and I was thrilled to learn that the beloved Oaty Creamy Dreamy had returned! Although I only purchased a bottle of body wash, Jas went above and beyond by arranging for samples of the lotions I was curious about. I left feeling grateful for her kindness and genuine care, even without a hefty purchase. Thanks to Jess and her colleagues, I know exactly where to go next time I want to shop at Lush.

We were there specifically to get their massage bar, and we were attended to by Jess. Jess was attentive and a good listener. She was knowledgeable in Lush’s products and was able to make recommendation that suit our request. We have been using the massage bar for about one month already and really enjoyed it.

This is my usual lush store. I usually end up seeing one of 3 staff and they are all always so nice and helpful and friendly. I recently went there with my 5yo who loves going into lush and they were so kind and gave her a purple lip scrub with all the purchases ( a lot :p) I made. Such a pleasure to shop here ❤️❤️

Visited Wisma outlet today. Staff name Jess was very friendly. She took her time to recommend a few body sprays. She even shared her personal favourites. I’m truly grateful, as I could genuinely feel her sincerity during our conversation. Took my Time to write this review here as I totally feel she truly deserves a good review and recognition.

Thank you Jess for the lovely and warm experience at this particular outlet. I was left to test the perfumes on my own after she explained about them. She was never too near or intruding my personal space, which I enjoyed while testing out perfumes at my own pace. Jess was friendly, patient, knowledgeable about the products, not pushy and recommended items for me only when I asked. She went above and beyond to find solutions to help me bring home a sample scent strip for my husband to test 🙇🏻‍♀️ Will definitely recommend this branch for the lovely shopping/browsing experience ✌🏼💕

I walked into Lush Wisma just to browse the 50% sale, but thanks to Linda, I had the best shopping experience. She was super friendly, incredibly helpful, made no pressure and provided great service with a big smile. After supporting Lush for over 10 years, I can feel that Lush staffs are generally friendly and vibrant, but Linda goes above and beyond when she sweeten my purchase with some free samples. Go Linda! :)
