Purchase 2 marhen j bags as gift. Received the purchases but no dust bags and paper bags. Disappointed.

Disappointed with process of the online store. Made an order for 3 bags. 1 bag actually arrived. 2nd bag had defects, and the exchange process needed me to kickstart it again and again. Firstly, they ask you to chat with the seller to kickstart the process, but then seller just asked me to email CS, so what’s the point…? CS just immediately decided on the return date without asking anything or for preferences, which was extremely inconvenient. After I returned the item and tracking clearly shows item was received on their end, CS didn’t update until I probed them about it a week later. Needed me to ask for them to start processing the return. Website also does not show any part of the return process by the way, which makes things hard to keep track. 3rd bag was unavailable, and no one informed or said anything until I asked seller 1 week later who did not respond, and subsequently the site 2 weeks later who told me there was no stock. Refund process for the bag that was unavailable is extremely inflexible. They will not refund you your cash payment first and will insist on refunding via giftcard because “system dictates”. My order was $77.40, they refunded $57.60 by giftcard and $13.12 by cash (did not clarify how the amount came to be even though I asked but at this point I don’t really care anymore…). When I asked why I couldn’t be refunded $30+ in cash because that was what I paid in cash for the order of all the bags, the answer was “based on records”. Inflexible and passive customer service who do not take initiative with orders that are defective, or not even sent out. Overall a horrible experience. Probably going to waste the giftcard on something small and never purchase again. Do not recommend, I would suggest going to another site for bag purchase unless they make some changes on how their processes are handled.

Patronised sift & pick at Somerset 313 outlet. Both staffs - Hui Yi and En Qi are very helpful and shared their honest opinion on which kind of colour bag/design suitable for their customers. They are really helpful and make my shopping easier and great! Thanks once again!

Service was top notched. They reccomended which design fits me best , and they were very patient as it took almost about an hour. Kudos and a bigshout to the staff on that day. Will definitely be back to purchase more of their new designs.

Quite frankly I don't understand why the shop has such a high rating. Jeans weren't folded evenly. Order of clothes was so random. Everything was sort of messy when I visited. Even second hand shops display clothes more nicely.

Went to the store today. The sales assistant was friendly and was able to answer to my queries. Even informed to sign up for the newsletter to entitled for the discount for my first purchase.

Fancl is one of my fav brand but total disappointment on the staff. Ask her for the name but refused to proudly say her name! No name tag! I felt the same n agreed upon other netizen negatives review until I experienced it by myself. Bad attitude, rude and watching handphone all the time. Fancl do not let her spoilt the brand name by employing this bad attitude worker!

I went to 313FANCL's store to buy facial cleanser. When I was looking for the salesperson, I found that the automatic door was closed. I think it is because The salesperson using the remote control to close the door after left the shop for a while. She came back after 15 minutes , not feeling guilty for her negligence. just think it's a funny thing. it's a very irresponsible thing for the salesperson to leave the store before the door is closed, and there is customers inside the store. Luckily it didn't happen at night, I hope this will not happen to other customers who walk into FANCL. However the irresponsible habits and an attitude of not seeing it as a problem, will cause the same thing happen repeatedly

I passed by 313 went in see collagen drink but I don need so much bottles. Consodering should get it or not . Next day I go bck same mall with Fren so may be I should get it. I went it with Fren. she seems purposely said it yes she can remember me. The one consider very long here yesterday and when cashiering she make me wait very long. I found she is very Yaya. I don rmb her name. I will not buy from her again

Worst experience ever. Send me a sms to collect feee sample. Go there, the staff asked me to download their app and sign up as non member. The function 'get SMS code' in the app sucks. Press 3 times, wait 5 mins no OTP received. The staff is so blur, dont know how to act amd blame the connection, asked me to wait. Pls lah, how difficult to get a free sample. Nvr enter the shop ever again
