Éclair ateliers were very professional and responsive. They establish trust and a relationship with the seller. I live in Spain and they sent me a DHL label and they paid as soon as they received the bag. There is no other company with as many bags as éclaire and they do such a good job finding the bag of your dreams. AMAZING RELIABLE SOURCE! Oliver has been supplying my "in between boutique quota bags" for 4 years and every piece has been a special addition to my collection.
