Dr Irene Chan is a very knowledgeable doctor. She has a clear answer to all the questions we have about our baby and she is also very convincing. Her clinic is very well organised with only short waiting time if you have an appointment.

Dr. Irene is best of the best pediatrician. She is very knowledgeable, careful and professional in work. She is always serious, confident, and takes everything important even a tiny mosquitoes bite. This fit her as a Specialist in Pediatrics ICU. Just a simple medical check-up can detect many things. Thanks for your service.

When I told Dr Chan that my infant then couldn't sleep well, her response to us (during two different visits) were: 'That's very normal. babies below 4 years old can't sleep through the night' and without asking what did we experience at all (not even a simple question like 'does the baby snore?'), she let us out. It turned out my toddler needed an ENT procedure for his sleeping problem. I only realised that after reading articles about children snoring issues and visiting the ENT specialist many months later. A pediatrician tells you nothing to worry about without asking one question regarding the problem you raise? This is what we have experienced here, twice. I could never forget she looked me in the eye and answered 'That's very normal.' NO. That is not true. It is not normal that children snore during the sleep. No one else should experience what we have experienced with Dr Chan.

All my 3 grand children see her. She's fantastic and patient in explaining matters concerning the young kids with clarity and precision. She is also a very kind individual and all my grand children adore her. Highly recommended!

Making a sick, tired, and hungry child wait unnecessarily (over an hour) while prioritizing non-urgent cases is completely unacceptable in my opinion. As a healthcare professional myself, I find this lack of basic patient care and prioritization deeply concerning. I would never allow such poor triage decisions in my own workplace. I brought my daughter to I kidz clinic early in the morning as she woke up with a high fever and body aches. It was the only clinic that looked relatively empty. Given the weekend and the ongoing influenza outbreak, I wanted to get her seen to and treated fast. We arrived just before 9:00 AM (and didn't leave until just after 11.00am.) We were told there would be a wait, which I understood. However, after an hour of waiting, during which there were moments of an empty waiting room, I was informed that they still needed to see five more patients before us—all for routine check-ups. There was no triaging process, no urgency, and absolutely no empathy from the staff. If you’re looking for a clinic that understands urgency and shows compassion, this is not the place.

Walked in at 11am and was relatively quiet so I didn’t have to wait for a table. Ordered a latte and roasted beef croissant which was served to my table. The croissant itself has a flaky, buttery layers with a delicate crunch. Has caramelised onions which I ain’t a fan but I’ll still order it again if I want something savoury.

My children have been seeing Dr Irene Chan since birth and she is our trusted pediatrician for about a decade. Her clinic staffs were always amiable and friendly to the children and parents. Thankful to have them around when it's a distressing time for the family.

Our new paediatrician-of-choice in Singapore! That itself speaks volumes but I love that on our first visit today, the staff were welcoming, and Dr. Irene is a seasoned professional and kind lady too, yay! She took time to understand and explain, allowing my wife and I to share our daughter’s story thoroughly. Dr Irene was eager to listen and understand rather than reply - which was both comforting and refreshing. Examination was brilliant with decades of experience at work, and once again her advice thereafter was thorough and not rushed. Charges were reasonable, don’t worry. Pretty long review but typing as a comforted parent here so… :)

I always look forward to visit Tiong Bahru Bakery. However, I was dumbstruck when I saw their croissants - they don't look like the way they used to anymore with those little "fans" at the corners. The two pieces left on the display didn't look particularly appealing. So when I mentioned this to one of the staffs, he brought out a tray of freshly baked croissants for me to choose from (how kind) even though none of them looked like the way they used to. The surprising part was, after I had chosen a croissant, he then asked me (with an embarrassingly loud voice), which "particular" kouign amann and sugar brioche that I would like to have as well. I was taken aback - I didn't mean to pick a fight with anyone. I simply pointed out that the croissants were not the same as before. We finished our meal with no complaints, everything was delicious as usual. However, I would think twice about visiting this outlet again given the attitude of this particular visit...
