I had a wonderful experience at Swarovski Wisma! The moment I walked in, I was welcomed by the friendly staff Marsha & Justin who were attentive and eager to help. They took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and provided excellent recommendations. The store itself was beautifully arranged, and the quality and craftsmanship of the pieces were impressive. I ended up getting this beautiful pair of earrings for myself, and I couldn’t be happier with my choice! If you’re looking for exceptional jewellery and an outstanding shopping experience, I highly recommend Swarovski Wisma. I’ll definitely be returning!

I will recommend Swarovski Wisma to anyone who want to buy pretty jewellery with great after sale service. I broke my daughter's necklace n took it to repair. Mr. Krish helped me to repair n clean within 30mins. He is super patient n polite. Best of all is free of charge as no missing crystal.

My wife is very fond of Swarovski costume jewelry, we buy something from these stores though I once every six months. This time we went to a store in the WISMA complex and came out with a wonderful bracelet. I'll be honest, sometimes the pretentiousness and tastelessness of Swarovski products just amaze, but you have to give credit to this brand - any woman can find them something really charming.

Thank you to Michelle. She attended to us twice. We didn't make any purchase on our first visit as I couldn't decide on the color.of the bracelet. On our 2md visit, I made a choice after trying all the colors again. Michelle was patient with us. She was attentive too. Overall we had a happy shopping experience here.

This is my 2nd time purchasing at Swarovski Wisma. My first time was attended by the manager Denvan (sorry if I spelled your name wrongly:) & Marsha and the 2nd time I went back to speak to Marsha as she was around that day. They were amazing, attentive, friendly and patient sales representatives who did not pressure you but provided you with good advices. Very impressive! For my 2nd visit, I spent a lot of time there trying out the ones I was interested in and Marsha’s patience and helpfulness was commendable. She even helped me to arrange a lady in their shop to bring over the item that I wanted from another branch within 15mins. What an extra miles! Thank you so much Team Wisma! As a whole, my observation was that the whole team was helpful and vibrant with good customer services which I appreciate a lot:) (as a few other sales executives attended to me along the way as well) I also brought along a decorative Swarovski dog figurine necklace which my mum bought for my birthday 20+ years ago for repair as some of the crystals came off so I need them to meld them back. It cost $10 to do that which I am looking forward to the finished work :) Once again, Marsha did her extra mile by offering to help me clean the crystal as they were a bit dull currently. To me, I love Swarovski’s jewellries as they look elegant and timeless that I bought on dec and jan back to back. I ended up buying a few items each time I visited the branch 😅 I like that they have this 2 years warranty for their items and thereafter, you can pay $25 for any missing crystal that comes off or $10 for melding existing crystal back. The after care service is something which makes me consider going back to purchase from them. They are having a great sales deal now so do go and check them out!

Amazing service by the ladies at Lovisa, I came for earlobe piercings and were assisted by Nurul who were very professional and clear with the whole process and after-care and everything was done in 5 minutes. Everybody was attentive, friendly & polite and I highly recommend Lovisa not just for their piercing service but also the amazing array of products in store!

I did my ear piercing here - 2 on lobes. It was done by a very funny and friendly girl called Victoria! The piercings were done well and nicely in a straight line! It’s $45 with a pair of earrings and comes with an after-care solution.
