Humeira from Wisma outlet was very patient with my queries and how I was very specific with the alignment of the process of piercing due to a badly done piercing previously at Claire’s. She understood my concerns well and made sure my piercings were symmetrical to my existing one on the other ear. The whole process was painless and fast. She’s a professional and definitely deserves a raise! It’s so rare these days to have a sales advisor that understands your needs.

I personally love Lovisa because there’s always good deals for the earrings that are really nice. I bought 4 earrings for 15$ and it was really good there was a good range for the earrings and there were necklaces that were included in the deal 😍 …

Exceptional Service from Louis Ho at Cortina Watch Paragon! We recently had a fantastic purchasing experience at Cortina Watch Paragon. We bought three Tudor watches: the Black Bay 58 GMT, a standard Black Bay, and the Tudor Royal. Our Sales Associate, Louis Ho, was truly outstanding. He is professional, young, and very proactive. I had a great experience with Cortina Watch at Paragon. I visited the boutique to register my interest for a watch and was attended to by my SA, Vision. She is genuinely sincere, highly professional and very patient in addressing my queries. She followed-up with me after my visit and eventually I got to purchase my Yacht-Master. Her dedication and genuine care truly stood out - I couldn't have asked for a better advisor. Before visiting Cortina @ Paragon, I honestly wondered if it would feel like any other AD’s experience, a little cold, with SAs who aren’t too invested. But the moment I stepped into this outlet, I was greeted with such warmth and friendliness that all those assumptions disappeared. I was served by Keith, and his service was exceptional. He was friendly, patient, and nothing like what I had expected. He was also very knowledgeable about the watches, and when I shared my reason for wanting a particular piece, he took the time to walk me through the entire process with genuine care. Even though I stayed slightly past their closing hours, no one rushed me. When I eventually left, the team (near the entrance) wished me and my husband goodbye with bright smiles, which made the experience even more memorable. Thank you, Keith and the team!

I’ve visited this store several times, and the staff have always been professional, gentle, and kind. I was especially lucky to meet Stefanie. She was incredibly helpful, genuinely attentive, and worked hard to assist me in finding the perfect wedding watch for my wife. Went into Cortina a few weeks ago and wanted to queue for a datejust thag i have always wanted, and so coincidentally they had a datejust however the configuration was not what i wanted. Texted Catherine for an appointment to come down and express my interest on the configuration that i really wanted and she was so nice throughout the whole conversation until the meet up. Went today and she even let me try on a few other timepieces that i liked. Jenny from Patek also allowed me to try on some of the timepieces from Patek and was very nice and welcoming. She also gave me a brief history of the Patek watches and also stated she will let me know if one is available. The services here is nothing short of excellent and i hope Catherine will call me back soon for the datejust :)

I have visited this boutique a few times and have always been greeted warmly by Catherine Loo. During each visit, she would explain to me the different models and designs with great passion. Despite my many requests of trying out different watches, she would always patiently assist me in trying them on. Her friendliness and professionalism is definitely commendable and I really look forward to my next visit to the boutique (and hopefully my next watch)! Cheers~
