the staff followed me everywhere i go, and didn’t give me any space to look freely. at every second she was following beside me and asking if i want this or that. she really have no standard at all. when i purchased the bracelet, the bag given was so small for the product and at any time the product could just fall off from the bag without you realising. must hold the bag and close the top to secure the product. this is very bad, she should’ve given us a bigger bag for our purchase. in the end we kept the product in our own bag and threw the swarovski bag she provided us. bad service overall and bad packaging. will never come back and never recommend to my friends.

This time we went to a store in the WISMA complex and came out with a wonderful bracelet. I'll be honest, sometimes the pretentiousness and tastelessness of Swarovski products just amaze, but you have to give credit to this brand - any woman can find them something really charming.

Me and my partner stater to collect Swarovski crystals figures that represents the country that we visit. Singapore’s national flower is an orchid and we found it in this location. We were greeted by Janice and she provided a phenomenal customer service. Our purchase experience was excellent. I have to mention that the team work is very important and therefore Denver (store manager) and Marsha were involved by making sure our precious orchids were safely packed and ready to travel across the ocean to Chicago. When you shop in Singapore this location is highly recommended!
