This place has been going downhill ever since they closed their JP branch. Used to have a waxing pkg with Roda but unfortunately, they closed down without any prior notice so I have to go all the way to Orchard Gateway for my session. Booked with Cindy for my first appt there as I have read the reviews that she seems quite good. But during my 1st sesh with her, it was actually quite painful which makes me wondered its because of her skills or I havent went to waxing for awhile. I have never felt any pain when Roda did for me. But nevertheless, i stupidly listened to her suggestion to change to IPL as she claimed its not painful at all compared to waxing. & she mentioned that she can give me 1 free session of IPL if i convert my remaining waxing pkg to 12 sessions of IPL. Turned out to be the worse nightmare of my life, the 1st sesh of IPL is so painful & unbearable cause i think the heat set was too high? She claimed that over the sessions, it will get better cause my hair is very thick. After a few sessions with her, I couldnt book the next appt cause she was fully booked on the days I am avail. So I have decided to try another therapist and to my surprise, it was completely painless or, at least bearable that i dont have to clench my fists every single time. I have since booked my remaining sessions with others. Coming to Aug, I realised that they have totally ZERO slots available to book at Orchard Gateway. So i decided to make my appt at Centrepoint with Shuhua. But who knows when i tried to reschedule my appt on the app, the therapist have changed to Cindy? I dont mind giving her another try, so i texted her and asked her to help me reschedule to another date & time cause i couldnt make the changes on the app. She replied me for the first few mins, and stop responding afterwards. I figured she was busy, so i waited while repeatedly asked if there is afternoon timings or have she helped me change. Still no response after that all. I decided to go on the app and try again but found out she have actually rescheduled my appt, but to a morning timing without informing me anything. So i gave up, decided to try to reschedule afternoon timing on their website instead. I decided to change to another therapist out of frustration of not getting any responses. Two days after I changed, she decided to reply my text and asked me what time i want but at the same time before i replied her, she have ardy amended my appt AGAIN to her name and at 1pm without informing me. I rescheduled it on the website again to another timing and therapist, replied her that i have ardy changed it myself so no need for her to reschedule anymore. She responded ok and when i looked at the app again the day before my appt, i realised she changed it to herself AGAIN! I was so frustrated cause this is the THIRD time they amended my booking without my consent. When i confronted her via whatsapp, her response was completely unapologetic and she said “you dont want me to do for you right” LOL And today after my 11th session, i decided to book my last appt with Delia, who turned out to be so warm, friendly and i didnt feel any pain at all when she did for me. But when i realised i have to pay for my last session, i noticed my pkg have been fully utilized and i have ZERO session left. Just because I changed another therapist and confronted her, she removed the free session she gave me and charged it as one of the 12 sessions i purchased. HAHA. I highly suggest people who signed the pkgs to go with other therapists or just avoid this salon totally. Complete disappointment as I have been sticking with PP Jurong point since the start.

I would like to highlight a few concerns regarding my recent visit to your Centrepoint branch. First, I want to commend Shihua for doing a great job during my first appointment on 14 August. Her professionalism and care made a strong impression. However, I’d like to raise several issues from today’s visit, 29 August: 1. Sudden Change of Therapist Without Prior Notice I had booked my appointment under Kim, but upon arrival, I was assigned a different therapist named Dinh. I had also received an unexpected email about a change in appointment timing, even though I clearly remember booking for 6:15 PM. Staff insisted it was a system error, but I suspect the appointment was reassigned internally—without informing me. This is highly unprofessional. I would understand if Kim was on medical leave, but she was visibly present at the branch. 2. Inconsistent Shaving Charges I was quoted two different prices for shaving: one staff member said $40, while another—who claimed to be from a company recently merged with Pink Parlour—said she only charges $15. I asked why there was such a discrepancy. Your pricing lacks transparency. Why are different therapists quoting different rates? Is this where additional commissions are coming from? I’ve been doing IPL for quite some time, and there’s just a few strands of hair left down there. Would it still be a $40 charge for that? 3. Lack of Care During Treatment Dinh brought gel and ice for the session and asked if I would cold treatment (like using ice or the gel). Of course I agreed because that is the procedure, am I right? And she mentioned it might hurt slightly due to hair. However, she only dabbed the ice briefly and proceeded with the laser treatment. I reacted in pain multiple times, and on the third occasion, I asked if she had a shaver. She replied that I should shave myself and that she doesn’t provide shaving. I was shocked. This is the first time I’ve encountered a therapist who showed no concern for my discomfort or safety during the session. What was the purpose of the gel and ice—just for show? I’ve been a loyal customer since your Jurong Point branch opened. If your staff cannot prioritize customer safety and comfort, how can I trust your services? And if your system truly has issues, as claimed, please take action to fix it. I would appreciate if the management will get back to me on this.

I’ve been a long-time customer of Pink Parlour and honestly, the service has gone downhill ever since several outlets shut down. I used to really enjoy my sessions, especially with my previous therapist at 313 Somerset outlet. She has been with the company for many years and always provided steady, reliable, and comfortable service. Unfortunately, my recent visit to the Centrepoint outlet with Letitia was extremely disappointing. This was one of my last two sessions and thank god for that because the experience was terrible. The treatment felt uncomfortably hot, and I did not feel at ease at any point. I even asked if she was new because the service felt so inexperienced. Instead of reassuring me, she responded sharply and asked why I thought she was new, which made the situation even more uncomfortable. Although I was told that Letitia has over 20 years of experience, I personally did not feel that level of expertise during my session. What made things even more disappointing was when she started speaking negatively about my previous therapist, saying she was only focused on selling for commission. I personally never felt that way at least not with my previous therapist, who had always treated me respectfully and professionally. Hearing that kind of comment felt unprofessional and unnecessary esp from a senior therapist. On top of that, the new shaving charges were shocking. Most IPL packages typically include basic shaving, but now they’re charging an additional $15 to $40 even if you only have a few strands of hair. It feels unreasonable and gives the impression that the customer experience is no longer a priority. I’ve also come across several unhappy reviews from other customers over the past few months, especially following the changes in therapists. While everyone’s experience is different, it does seem like I’m not the only one feeling disappointed. I’m relieved that I’m down to my last two sessions with Pink Parlor. I truly hope the company takes a serious look at its service standards and consistency not just for existing customers, but for their long-term success in this business. I hope my review helps potential clients think carefully before committing to a package here.

Im very upset with the staff Lethicia. She was very rude and did not even even understand English. She shouted at me just because I told her to check my package. I have been a customer of Pink parlour since orchard gateway days.. I really do not wish to continue my package with pink parlour as the staff Lethicia had really made me not to trust your services. Also, anyone reading this do not choose staff Lethicia to do your service. She is not professional and does her work anyhow. Less then 5 mins!!!!!!. How can finish in 5mins???? Imagine what I had gone through!!

My therapist Shihua was incredibly professional and attentive throughout my treatment, ensuring I was comfortable the whole time, which definitely made the experience a lot more pleasant! Highly recommend her!

I have the multi pass for x3 treatments as it works out better value. Jane was the best therapist but no longer works there and it’s difficult to get the same staff, noticed on rebooking they’ve also shut down 2 outlets. However the staff member I had this time was great, first time at this venue it’s clean and brightly lit.

Natasyah is absolutely amazing. She knows what she is doing, never rushes with perfect results. She is friendly, professional and made me feel comfortable. Best of all she do not hard sell. Definitely going back for my session with her. Also, the studio at Centerpoint is much more cleaner and hygienic.
