First encounter was rather upset as I was undergoing chemo and left behind patches of long hairs on my scalp. Thank God i met this super friendly, comforting and patience lady who has comforted and encouraged me to shave off my patches to wait for regrowth. Subsequently, she carefully select few wigs that are closed to original so that it’s as good as my previous real hair. Though it’s rather expensive, but for me to regain my confidence, I went for it. The after purchase service by this lady named …Jessica Tan is so good.

I went to lucky plaza outlet on the 25/8 (already fixed appt in advance). As i intend to get myself a 2nd wig. Lately the weather is too hot. Need to get another wig to interchange randomly. After feeding back my constraint budget & specific style of the new wig, no second words my favourite sales manager (Ms Jessica) showed me 3pcs that fullfilled my requirement.( but of cause I can only afford 1 pc at the moment).My heartfelt recommendation. If anyone out there in need of any assistance for wig enquiry please feel free & safe to go look for Ms Jessica in the shop. She will not disappoint you. ( regardless with or without any purchase). She is most willing to help.

I had a great experience at Fortune Wigs. The wigs and hair pieces are great quality and they have more options and colors beyond what is displayed in the store. They are also able to customize your choice through cutting and styling to suit your face shape. Kelly was very friendly, helpful and patient as she explained the pros and cons of different wigs and toppers and helped me try them on multiple times as I weighed my decision. Although the items I tried on ranged in price, she did not push me towards the most expensive one - and she gave me a great price on my final selection! I’m very happy with my purchase and feel it is worth the investment.

We arrived quite late around 10:15 pm, yet were still welcomed with genuine warmth and hospitality. Despite the hour, the team made no one feel rushed, and service remained attentive and cheerful throughout. Stevens, in particular, stood out for his engaging and friendly manner he carried great energy and made us feel instantly at ease. It’s rare to experience such consistency in service so close to closing time, and the team truly delivered beyond expectations. Merci Marcel continues to impress not just with its ambience and menu, but with the people who bring it all together.

The overall environment is quite comfortable. The food is also good... and the service is good! The only downside is that the carpet in the sofa area feels old and a bit dirty, which might be a problem with cleaning and make people feel uncomfortable... There are even traces of insect bites on the feet Actually, carpets are not very expensive, so I recommend replacing them with two new ones. Even if you remove the carpet directly, the floor tiles will be cleaner. This will improve the overall comfort and cleanliness of the restaurant!

Merci Marcel Orchard delivers a fantastic brunch experience! The atmosphere is vibrant and relaxed, the service is top-notch, and the food is simply delicious. Our server was attentive and helpful. The coffee is excellent, a perfect complement to their diverse menu. We ordered the Ham & Cheese Croissant and Poached eggs, both made with fresh, high-quality ingredients and bursting with flavor. Highly recommended for a memorable brunch outing!

We have made a reservation 2 weeks in advance for a 9-pax indoor seating. Staff Hen's recommendations are all nicely presented and tasty. One of dishes, Miso Glazed Salmon, is so good that we ordered it thrice. Manager Steven is charmingly attentive and made our dining experience a very delightful one. Merci!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Merci Marcel absolutely deserves five stars! The vibe, service, and food are all top-notch — nothing to complain about at all. I used to think classy restaurants served small portions, but Merci Marcel proved me wrong! The portions here are generous and satisfying. Their veggie burger is definitely a must-try — so flavourful and well done. Can’t wait to come back again!
