The moment we walked in, we were greeted warmly. The staff, Tyler was very knowledgable about the cheese selection and was able recommend cheese that suited our palette. The dishes ordered were absolutely delicious and well prepared, truly worth the buck! Charlene was very generous by providing us with a complimentary cake for my partner’s birthday. Will definitely come back again!

The overall environment is quite comfortable. The food is also good... and the service is good! The only downside is that the carpet in the sofa area feels old and a bit dirty, which might be a problem with cleaning and make people feel uncomfortable... There are even traces of insect bites on the feet Actually, carpets are not very expensive, so I recommend replacing them with two new ones. Even if you remove the carpet directly, the floor tiles will be cleaner. This will improve the overall comfort and cleanliness of the restaurant!

Merci Marcel Orchard delivers a fantastic brunch experience! The atmosphere is vibrant and relaxed, the service is top-notch, and the food is simply delicious. Our server was attentive and helpful. The coffee is excellent, a perfect complement to their diverse menu. We ordered the Ham & Cheese Croissant and Poached eggs, both made with fresh, high-quality ingredients and bursting with flavor. Highly recommended for a memorable brunch outing!

We have made a reservation 2 weeks in advance for a 9-pax indoor seating. Staff Hen's recommendations are all nicely presented and tasty. One of dishes, Miso Glazed Salmon, is so good that we ordered it thrice. Manager Steven is charmingly attentive and made our dining experience a very delightful one. Merci!

We arrived quite late around 10:15 pm, yet were still welcomed with genuine warmth and hospitality. Despite the hour, the team made no one feel rushed, and service remained attentive and cheerful throughout. Stevens, in particular, stood out for his engaging and friendly manner he carried great energy and made us feel instantly at ease. It’s rare to experience such consistency in service so close to closing time, and the team truly delivered beyond expectations. Merci Marcel continues to impress not just with its ambience and menu, but with the people who bring it all together.
