Teacher Ria has been teaching my daughter (En) violin for just over two years, and we truly couldn’t have asked for a better teacher. She is incredibly patient, kind, and fantastic with young children. From the very beginning, she made lessons fun and approachable, which really helped my daughter build confidence and enjoy learning. Teacher Ria is very knowledgeable and knows how to pace her lessons to suit each child’s learning pace and style, ensuring they feel supported rather than rushed. Her lessons are always well-structured, yet flexible enough to accommodate the child’s mood or energy level on any given day. She’s also very encouraging, gentle, and always finds ways to keep her students motivated. I’ve seen so much growth in my daughter — not just in her violin skills, but also in her confidence and love for music. We’re very happy to have Ria as part of our daughter’s journey. We enjoy violin lessons with Teacher Ria. What is interesting with her approach is using analogies to make the techniques easier to understand for a young child. It has been an enjoyable experience having Teacher Ria as our daughter’s violin teacher. For a start, it may not be challenging to develop a child's interest in playing violin. However, sustaining a child's interest is an uphill task as it requires dedication and perseverance. Teacher Ria breaks down tough-to-comprehend scales and rhythms relatable for children, by using terms such as strawberry and watermelon. This is just one of the many innovative and fun ways that Teacher Ria helps my daughter learn with joy. While my daughter may not always enjoy the daily practice, which is necessary to master any skills, she always looks forward to Teacher Ria's lesson and is always chirpy during the lesson. As a parent, I'm deeply grateful to have an enthusiastic and passionate teacher teaching my daughter.

Attended a private event at this place. The homemade Kubaneh bread was super duper nice — definitely an 11/10! My appetizer was a smoked salmon salad, and the main course was Wagyu petite tender, cooked medium and incredibly tender. For dessert, I had a parfait. It was a bit on the sweet side for me. The environment was chill and cosy, but the central air conditioning wasn’t cold enough. It got warm to the point where we started to sweat a little. We also got to try bartending as part of the experience — it was fun and a good try!
