I had a very pleasant experience dealing with Luxehouze. From enquiring, to answering my questions and eventually placing the deposit to reserve the watch, it was a very smooth process. Prices for brand new Swiss watches are very competitive too. If you are looking for a luxury watch, do consider them for your next purchase.

Staff are helpful and their watches are either brand new or mint. Their prices are reasonable too. Will definitely come back for more:)

Was shopping at Renaissance and accidentally came into this shop and met Ardy who was the salesperson at that point of time . Ardy was very friendly and I causally asked if he has any Nautilus but it was not available in the shop. However, he managed to show me some pictures of the watch which he mentioned that he could transfer from his HQ when I confirmed the purchase. During the 2 weeks of waiting for the watch to arrive , Ardy had been very helpful by updating me on the progress with video of the actual watch such as condition of the watch, certificate, original box and provided 1 year warranty from Luxehouze for my pre owned watch since warranty is over. The other sales associates in the shop are also very friendly and professional and assisted me during my collection when Ardy was around. The whole transaction from deposit to full payment were very smooth and definitely no regret to buy from them. Will strongly recommended Luxehouze if you are looking for a new or pre owned luxury watch.
