Reached out to Mr Tay as I had a booklice issue and Mr Tay was very patient and thorough in explaining the problem and how they come about and the ways to prevent them from spreading. He sent Ah Wei to do the treatment in my home and Ah Wei was nothing short of lovely! He took the time to throughly inspect my house to ensure there wasn’t mould sources and also the severity of the booklice. He explained every step that he was doing and was very informative and assuring. Will continue to monitor the situation to see if the treatment works, but I would highly recommend Ah Wei for these issues :)

A big thank you to Jethro for coming down on such short notice. Arrived within the hour and helped me with my ant infestation. Informative and efficient. Fees are also very reasonable with no hidden costs as compared to several other companies I enquired with prior to discovering WTG. Highly recommended.

I engaged WTG services for a few times, all for getting rid of bed bugs. Mr Tay is a patient, professional, passionate and knowledgeable on the bugs. Today, I engaged his services again for clearing the bed bugs in my parents place. He was quick to respond and a technician of his, Chee Wai was nearby. Chee Wai is a jovial and get into job fast by checking the house ensuring no bugs were left undetected! He was also into details checking while he performs the checks within the house. He will explain what he would be doing and will inform that the chemicals he first spray will have some smell but is safe and will be gone shortly. Following next, he would start the next round of spray at the areas he found the bugs. After all is done, Chee Wai will brief what we should be taking note after that. He also kindly remind me to be careful of the floor in case it is slippery. Mr Tay will also share the video of the job done for the day for our record. Will definitely recommend their services, you will be assured that they will do a great job and their pricing is reasonable.

Highly recommend this clinic for any injury/rehab or even for general upkeep (especially if you're very active). Having worked in the fitness industry for 5+ years, I'm always pushing my body's limits. I had concerns of wear-and-tear, overall tightness, and back/neck sprains, so I decided to visit OHC. I really appreciated how thorough and comprehensive Yu Song was in the diagnosis, treatment plan, and explanation. They really do everything: dry needling, chiropractic adjustment, manual muscle release, rehab exercises, etc. I've managed to address major concerns in my shoulder, neck, spine, hip, and knee. Can't wait for my next session.

The physicians here are very knowledgeable and meticulous in taking care of your needs. I was having pain at my knee and was treated by Kevin, Jerome and Warren they were all great in helping to relieve the pain, spotting areas which needed fixing and the dry needling treatment also helped in recovery. Making reservations are also easy and flexible, and people are all friendly. Still on my way to recovery but feeling much better than when I first came!

I had frozen shoulder for a few months and I was searching for a good chiropractor cum physiotherapist for some time. I came across Orchard Health Clinic on social media and they offer both service and more. I was also curious to try their Needling treatment too which not many places offer. Since then, my frozen shoulder is recovering well and I always feel good after each of their treatment session. Their service counter ladies are also very friendly and helpful to schedule all my appointment needs Kudos to the team and Warren- my therapist for supporting my healing process… I would strongly recommend anyone to this clinic.

My therapist Mona is really good at what she does and it is my go to solution each time my back pain crops up!
