I think branch manager needs to provide proper training. The employee doesnt know how to redeem the voucher, I told her i have no problem redeeem at other branch yet the employee ask me to call to check. If I have no problem redeem at other place. And the employee said previously happened once to other customer and the manager said the same thing. I mean if i can redeem at other branch meaning the problem is not my voucher. I then exit store and redeem at dhoby ghaut mrt 7 eleven and there is no issue. 7Eleven was supposed to be convenient store but this particular one seems to be inconvenient store

I bought cigg malboro menthol at this 7-11 on 14June 10.27pm , one of the cashier told me cannot tap (paywave), only can QR scan or insert card. But i only can paywave so she throw the cigg to the another Indian cashier and i heard very clearly she scolded cheebai (the cashier that throw the cigg). I asked her what she scolded , she said she dw to void the item. Srsly? How can the cashier scold vulgars somemore infront of the customer??? SUPER RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL!!!!!

Yesterday on January 26th 2024 that I forgot take my wallet during after payment. When I realized after I reach home taking a shower. I going to sleep time, I wonder check something at my wallet that I found out my wallet missing. I keep calling but no response and realized shop closes at 11pm. That time I have no choice, have a sleep 1st and next morning early wake up go to the shop. Luck when I reach the shop check with the staff. She tell me that found my wallet and put inside the cupboard. I forgot her name at this morning. I really thanks and appreciate of them one guy Philippines, one Chinese aunty and her. I will keep go there to buy drink. Please rewards this outlet all the staff the small gift. Lucky Plaza outlet was the best staff morning and the midnight who on duty the two India guys. Appreciate for all the staff. 5 star review ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐🥳

Poor service staff, Chinese old lady is ignoring customers n not even responding when calling, don’t surprise when your items gone stolen because of your irresponsible staff n their attitude

Really nice shop, quite well furnished with a wide variety of options—from sandwiches and noodles to candies, chocolates, and even some soju! It’s convenient for both snacks and quick meals. The highlight, though, was the service—the “sisters” at the cashier were so kind and welcoming, which made the visit even more enjoyable.

7-Eleven is a good option for packing food,drinks and snack items... It's located in Orchard road Lucky Plaza... All kind of snacks are available... Feel like that price is little hight. Inside only you can find one Money exchanger shop..

Rude cashier and sold me the wrong Nets Card which I only realised afterwards.
