Affordable but Poorly Run: Like most other reviewers, you likely won’t have time to use up all the classes you bought — way too few slots for the number of members. Music is dull, instructors mostly lack energy. Mitra and Zul are solid; the rest need work. You get what you pay for.

It was my first ever Pilates class today. The atmosphere was really nice and cozy. From what I felt, it’s not exactly classic Pilates but more of a mix of different styles. Still, I’d definitely recommend this place!

The classes themselves can be decent, depending on the instructor, but I found the overall offering quite limited. With so few class options, 3-4 per day and a short timeframe to use the package, it didn’t feel worth the value to me. You are often on waitlist. I also experienced slower responses from customer service, which made things a little less smooth. While their marketing has clearly drawn attention, I think there are other studios that provide a wider range of classes, more convenient locations, and a more seamless experience overall.

As other reviews have shared, while the classes can be quite enjoyable, with only a handful of classes each day and the fact they oversold their packages is hard to get bookings. Despite asking, the management refused to extend my package valid for 4 months longer than a week. I'm glad I know this now because, I wouldn't waste my money - simply not competitive. Go to Strong pilates instead - more professional overall in every respect.

All the staff very rude!! Especially Chinese auntie and Filipino guy. Never attend when I standing in front of cashier. And use phone to send message to someone, purposely check computer when I waiting for payment. Super super rude!!!!!

The Indian staff working there on 25th October is so rude and unprofessional. First, he don't even realised that he forgot to key the promotion 25% off in the system and he wants me to pay the payment. And I ask him to double check it and he just simply void the transaction and never ask me what kind of payment method I preferred. So I said : Paywave. Before this experience, I had bought many many times from this shop and no error was made during transaction, however this times is so ridiculous. When I tape my grabpay card and passion card, both are declined. So I ask that Indian guy if he choose the correct payment mode as he looks new in that shop. He nod his head without replying me, and stand leaning on one foot looking around and not attending to my issue. Well, at the end he don't even give any suggestions on what's happening. So I continue to ask him if have paynow, luckily I can pay by paynow. And he didn't put the cutlery in the bag and I had to request. During that time the shop is not busy how can he forgot and this is the first time encountered ppl can do such more mistake during the work.... So bad experience!!!!!!

A staff name Alex ignored the cashier’s inquiry about card payment as I want to make payment by card but the system couldn’t process it. He completely ignored the cashier and just continue with his task. That’s very disrespectful and unprofessional of him. I feel sorry for the aunty to have a colleague like him

Rude cashier and sold me the wrong Nets Card which I only realised afterwards.
