I had a wonderful dining experience at this restaurant. The environment is beautiful, quiet, and creates a very pleasant atmosphere. Although it is a Western restaurant, the flavors are well balanced and have a nice fusion style, making it enjoyable even for friends who usually don’t prefer Western food.
The bread, steak, chicken, and shrimp are especially worth recommending – all cooked perfectly and full of flavor. Overall, it’s a great place to relax and enjoy delicious food in a lovely setting.

The best thing on the menu for us was undoubtedly the signature kubaneh bread with kombu and garlic butter. Warm, rich and slightly crusty, the pull-apart rolls were so delightful, we ordered 2 servings. We also had small plates of cauliflower and broccolini and mains of salmon, pork and wagyu. The salmon was the best of the mains although a bit oily and salty. The medium for the wagyu was too rare and we had it sent back for more cooking. We would go back for the bread!

The food is good, service was excellent. The waiter was very attentive and the ambience was very cozy. The shoukupan is soft and fluffy, the garlic butter and kombu butter was very flavourful and savoury, matches the bread very well. The uni (sea urchin) cream pasta was creamy and tastes good.

Attended a private event at this place.
The homemade Kubaneh bread was super duper nice — definitely an 11/10!
My appetizer was a smoked salmon salad, and the main course was Wagyu petite tender, cooked medium and incredibly tender.
For dessert, I had a parfait. It was a bit on the sweet side for me.
The environment was chill and cosy, but the central air conditioning wasn’t cold enough. It got warm to the point where we started to sweat a little.
We also got to try bartending as part of the experience — it was fun and a good try!

Returned again for lunch this time!
The new Shokupan is smaller than the kubaneh bread but still crispy fluffy and good!
First time trying the Kano Miso and Wagyu Roast Beef Don. Portion and taste was great as well!
