I wanted to buy an exfoliating cleanser but I was forced to buy something I didn’t want because they no longer have it. Apparently they kept on forcing me to buy the cleanser and the staff who’s a women there quite young was being rude and was not helpful at all. Please train your employees to have more product knowledge and proper etiquette. Her tone makes me feel like I did not know what I was talking about when in fact it was her that did not know what she was talking about. I’ve been a client of fresh for many years and spent at least $1000 on their products.
