Good place for Peranakan kuehs and cookies. Always recommend my oversea clients here to buy them. A lot of them love the Pandan chiffon cake.

My experience with FRESH Ion Orchard has always been wonderful. The store display is welcoming and the Fresh Consultants are all very helpful. I would like to especially highlight the amazing service provided by Yiwen. Not only is she knowledgeable in all aspects of the products, she is also very sincere and sensitive to my beauty regiment and needs. I am an indecisive shopper and Yiwen is always very patient with me in all my shopping trips. Plenty of kind gestures such as enquiring if my purchase is a gift and she would provide gift wrapping and gift cards to help me enhance the overall experience for the receiver of the gift. She will also provide samples for me to try so that I always make informed decisions on what are the products that are best suited for my skin in that particular season. Yiwen knows her customers very well and she will definitely score 100% about what are my most loved and least favourite. Thank you Yiwen, you are amazing in all ways. I am truly appreciate your support and help through my Fresh journey.

I was served by Maggie today and she did a great job introducing and explaining the products. She let me try out the different products and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. I had a great time at Fresh today!

I’m so glad I decided to walk into the Fresh store today! I’m used to buying Fresh products from Sephora normally and only realised they have a boutique at ION! They have a wider selection of products compared to Sephora! Got a huge bar of soap and some skincare thanks to Yiwen’s dedicated service and suggestions. I felt really well taken care of at the store and had a really pleasant experience. Definitely look for Yiwen if you have the chance to visit. Will be back again! :)

Personally like to use Fresh Lotus face cream, like the texture and the light smell of peach leaf. Enjoy the facial treatment by beauty advisor, Maggie, we had a nice moment with our sharing, I  definitely will come back again☺️.

Hi Fresh, I am totally new to the brand and chance upon Fresh store at ION. I was attracted by the layout of the store and the bubbly welcoming greetings from Yiwen. Throughout the whole journey, Yiwen brought me around the store and offered me a hand scrub. I am someone who do not know much about skincare, I had many questions about my skin and she was very patient in letting me understand more about my skin and how each products can help me better my skin. There was 0 pressure throughout the whole experience and I felt really comfortable. I shared with Yiwen that i was just visiting my relatives and do not live here. She did not hesitate to invite me for a facial and mentioned that anytime when I come back to Singapore , she would still offer me the facial. I was really touched and yes I definitely will be back to visit Fresh ION store. Thank you Fresh , for giving me such a good experience in my short stay in Singapore. Looking forward to visit soon.

You know what is customer service? Someone who listens, advice and recommends you products that works for your skin and routine NOT just upselling products. My wife and I had the pleasure of being served by King at three outlets, Raffles, JEM and ION. We have been actively going to Fresh for our skincare for the past three years and King recalled every single routine and product we used and recommended us packages, deals and alternatives instead of pushing for sales or old but heavily discounted products. Honestly, King, you’re a gem in the Customer service/retail industry. Give this man a promotion or raise! 🙏🏻

I visited Fresh Outlet at Ion Orchard on the evening of Wednesday, May 22nd, and I had an exceptional experience with Beauty Advisor Isabella. I was having a hard time deciding on which products to purchase, but Isabella explained each product in detail and patiently answered all my questions. Her friendly and warm demeanor made it feel like I was shopping with a close friend. Additionally, her meticulous attention to detail when wrapping my purchases was impressive. I ended up spending $591, and it truly felt like I bought an experience, not just products. However, I would like to highlight a concern. Another beauty advisor declined to assist me, stating that I wasn’t going to buy a lot of products. I found this attitude unprofessional and disappointing. Such remarks do not reflect well on the customer service standards expected from your brand.

I recently visited Fresh Cosmetic Store at Ion Orchard to look for a gift for my partner and had the pleasure of being assisted by Yiwen. Being unaware of which products will fit her is a very daunting experience but Yiwen’s knowledge about the products and genuine passion for skincare made my shopping experience exceptional. She took the time to understand my needs and offered personalized recommendations, ensuring I left with exactly what I was looking for. The store has a fantastic selection, but it was Yiwen's outstanding service that truly stood out. I highly recommend visiting her for all your skincare needs!
