I just bought myself some pieces, the team member Jeron assisted me. My second time purchasing this brand, high quality jeweleries, not cheap looking, at an affordable price. Mostly, Jeron was so patient, kind, knowledgeable, not pushy (like a lot of sales staff in shops which usually put me off) so i could take my time to really look, try them on, ask questions etc. and I left with all 3 pieces that i really really love. Thank you Jeron! Highly recommend!

I had the pleasure of being assisted by Jess Ong during my recent purchase, and I must say, her level of attentiveness and rich product knowledge truly stood out. Not only did she help me find exactly what I needed, but her after-sales service was exceptional as well. Jess exemplifies top-notch customer service, and I highly recommend her assistance to anyone in need of a reliable and knowledgeable sales staff.

It was my first visit to the store, and I was served by Jeron. He recommended different designs as I shared what jewellery style I was looking for. Jeron didn't make me feel like I was pressured to buy anything, and he doesn't impose. I like that I was free to try out anything. I even shared my spending budget with him, and he would find different pieces to accommodate my budget. He could also answer any questions I have, like whether it was odd to match gold and silver pieces. There were no snarky remarks when I said I would return another month for a pair of earrings I love, too. His colleagues were professional and polite, too. The shop offered services such as re-adjusting the tightness of earring clasps, and I greatly appreciate that. I actually like getting whatsapp texts on upcoming promos, which I had made used of. Overall, it is a nice quiet boutique to shop in, and I'm pretty sure I'll be back.

Great customer service experience from the young lady Sabrina Thomas at MV ION Orchard! Sabrina is very knowledgable and passionate about the boutique's jewellery pieces. The reason why I decided to buy the lovely Deia Labradorite pendant and Vintage chain necklace with confidence. Sabrina is always patient, answer my questions and goes extra mile offering various options to make her customers happy!

Bengawan Solo is a brand I’ve always associated with homely snacks and warm service, and I’ve had great experiences with some of the aunties at other outlets who are really nice. Unfortunately, my visit to the ION Orchard outlet was a letdown. The cashier had an unfriendly attitude—when I asked for a paper bag for my pandan cake to gift to friends overseas, she threw the receipt and handled my items roughly. It really ruined my afternoon. I hope management can provide customer service training to maintain the brand’s usual standards.

Dishonesty!!!! First, I asked the staff how long the pandan cake can be stored, and she answered that cake can be store as long as possible like one month if it is refrigerated. And I saw the expiry date on the packaging which stated 13/11/24! Secondly, I told the staff that I would like to buy it in airport, and the staff assured me that the price in their store and that in the airport was exactly the same! Later I went to the airport store and checked the price, it was obviously a lie since the price tag in the airport was without GST!

Famous local bakery that makes a wide variety of tasty cookies, cakes and desserts. The shop is Ion orchard is really small but has a wide selection. My personal favorites are the pandan chiffon cake, cork flake cookies, and small shrimp rolls. Can’t really go wrong with anything here. Nothing that will blow your mind or fancy but good taste and quality.
