So glad I chanced upon this outlet. Even though the outlet is not as big as their other locations, I appreciate the friendly team and John was especially helpful with my order, even offering to check stocks at other outlets and transferring them over for me. I went in for a desktop and ended up getting more items than I expected. I would recommend checking out this outlet for sure!!

Feel disappointed on your malay guy staff attitude.He had previously promised to let us used membership voucher for my laptop purchased. But he forget to help me redeemed my vouchers.I make refund request.He refused to refund to me and insult me for make refund request for ONLY 10 dollars. Please investigate and hope he can improve his service to customer.

Excellent service from the two staff that served me when I was there multiple times over the past two months. On my first visit about two months back, I was greeted and welcomed by the senior staff, who took the time to explain to me about the things that I need to know about getting a good sound equipment. While I may not be able to afford it right now, I’ll be sure to check that out again in the future as the staff provided incredible insights into the world of sound. On Monday(4th September), I visited the store again to grab myself an iPhone but it was out of stock. Luckily, the other staff was incredibly helpful as he understood my requests and made the effort to contact the other stores to check for stock availability. Thankfully, I was able to make the payment at the ION outlet while collecting the iPhone at a more convenient location. Overall, their standard of service was off the charts and did everything within their ability to ensure that I left the store satisfied.
