We had a wonderful experience thanks to Jack! He was extremely patient, attentive, and never once made us feel rushed. His warm and professional approach made our shopping experience incredibly pleasant and enjoyable. We initially planned to buy just one piece of jewellery, but ended up purchasing three—simply because Jack made us feel so confident and comfortable with our choices. I walked into Taka Jewellery at Ion today, thot I’ll only browse n go. Didn’t expect to meet a great n friendly salesperson like Ray (Liew)! He was patient, showed me a pair of hoop earrings with lab grown diamonds tho I wanna look for plain 18k one. The earrings he recommended was pretty n he offered further discount when I joined member. He didn’t give me a chance to walk out empty handed n indeed I walked out as a happy customer (he’s not pushy). My experience at the same shop wasn’t fantastic 1-2 months ago, served by another salesperson. Sure will look for Ray, when I go again.
