I wanted to buy an exfoliating cleanser but I was forced to buy something I didn’t want because they no longer have it. Apparently they kept on forcing me to buy the cleanser and the staff who’s a women there quite young was being rude and was not helpful at all. Please train your employees to have more product knowledge and proper etiquette. Her tone makes me feel like I did not know what I was talking about when in fact it was her that did not know what she was talking about. I’ve been a client of fresh for many years and spent at least $1000 on their products.

first time entering the actual Fresh store instead of browsing online or at Sephora. the lady there was super friendly and helpful! (i think her name was yi wen or something like that? she said she’s usually stationed at the Ion outlet and she has cute eye makeup) love how informative she was and enthusiastic about the brand and its products. so thankful for this experience and my little haul :)

Went for their complementary facial few weeks ago and was attended to by King.
King's customer service has is impeccable ever since a few years ago. He was not pushy in terms of products, and he has given great insights and displayed knowledge in the products that he has recommended.
He has followed up on my current facial skincare routine and also recommended products that I may like/great for my skin. I am glad to be attended by King, and I do hope that his efforts will be rewarded.

She has extensive product knowledge and took the time to recommend exactly what suited my skin. The facial was amazing, not just relaxing but also super effective, and she even shared simple techniques I can use daily to maintain the glow. Definitely coming back! I was served by a lady called Yi Wen. I went in to purchase my usual soy face cleanser, but ended up purchasing a toner as well. Yi Wen was not pushy at all, in fact, she patiently explain many products and what could suit my skin type. She is so informative and genuine in her service. Highly impressed with her service!
