I recently visited the Armani Privé store at Orchard Ion to purchase a wedding anniversary gift for my wife, and the experience was both pleasant and professional.
Eric, the store assistant, provided outstanding service. He warmly welcomed me and took the time to understand the occasion and my wife’s preferences. His extensive knowledge of the Armani Privé fragrance collection was evident as he carefully guided me through the scent profile, explaining the scent’s unique notes and the beauty of the fragrance.
Eric’s attention to detail truly elevated the experience. He beautifully wrapped the gift and included a handwritten note wishing us a happy anniversary, adding a heartfelt personal touch. I was also thrilled to learn that the purchase came with a gift box containing seven additional items, including a lip gloss, foundation, and three other perfume vials. Since I wasn’t confident in selecting makeup colors or foundation shades, Eric went above and beyond by referencing a photo of my wife to expertly guide me toward products that complemented her skin tone.
Thanks to Eric’s professionalism and enthusiasm, selecting the perfect gift felt seamless and enjoyable.

It was our first time exploring this beauty brand and she guided my mum and me through their best selling products while sharing useful application tips. We learnt a lot and were instantly sold.
