A very good convenience store. The place is located on the B2 of the Takashimaya Department Store. The store is clean, well-lit, and well organized. The store has a self checkout system so you can just scan your products and then pay using your cards - it’s convenient and fast. The store also sell fruits, biscuits, wine, delis, dairies, cleaning supplies, and other stuff.

I recently shopped at Cold Storage and was impressed by the wide selection of organic produce. The store was clean and well-organized, making it easy to find what I needed. However, I found the prices to be a bit high compared to other grocery stores in the area. Overall, I would recommend Cold Storages for those who prioritize organic and natural foods.

I like this super market and often go on weekends: the saga beef here for hot pot and BBQ are nice, sushi from 築地 are delicious, I like Australia white peaches and Japanese strawberries in this Cold storage too - it’s much better quality than others : )

Bought two sushi platters at the Nakajima Suisan counter inside Cold Storage before my meeting. I was there Monday, 7/21 at 11:45AM - 12:15PM. This petite middle-aged lady manning the counter ignored my request for a saucer the first time and exclaimed “You haven’t paid!”, “ Yes I paid at the cashier before coming over”, “I need to see the receipt” — ofc I proceeded to give her the receipt for verification. When I reiterated myself for a saucer she slammed it on the table with a condescending attitude. Meanwhile the Indonesian couple next to me who ordered less than me had her acting all chummy. All diners were offered a miso soup and hot tea except me. Bc I was kind and looked young? Absolutely uncalled for. I’d love to know what I did wrong as a paying customer and if Nakajima Suisan at downtown Takashimaya hired F&B trained staff at all?

When we do go to Takashimaya or around the area, we always plan our lunch at Nakajima Suisan before our groceries run here at Cold Storage. We love the fresh sashimi and sushi here. Prefer to choose uncut blocks of sashimi, they will cut it for you and present it on a bowl of fresh shredded daikon. The salmon/belly and swordfish sashimi are to die for! Super fresh and sweet tasting. Service standard was basic, not rude nor friendly either. Definitely can be better. Please keep up your quality and standards! Thank you for the great food.

I had informed staff that I am collecting the food which was not ready. She said ok. 20 minutes after food has been prepared and ready for collection, she did not inform when where I was sitting outside on the chair. What do you expect? Knowing a customer is waiting for food yet not having the curtesy to tell them. Rubbish service. Did not expect this from Imperial.

Shredded chicken tossed in sesame sauce, orchid stem lettuce, and the banana and red bean deep-fried soufflé are absolute must-orders. These dishes alone keep me coming back again and again! The service is impeccable—servers are attentive and ensure that every dish is served with a clean plate. They’re so responsive, which makes the dining experience even more enjoyable. The price-to-taste value here is unbelievable. I’m always torn about what to order because everything on the menu is just that good! I keep telling myself I should try more Chinese restaurants, but I always find myself coming back here. It’s just too good!

Very Disappointed with the food here. Really not worth the price. I would say that the taste on each dishes are not representing the price that are marked on the menu. First, fish maw chicken soup. It cost $55 per pax…It tasted like water , the fish maw, chicken. The water probably cooked separately with the ingredients … it only put together before serve…it totally didn’t “gel” together (those who likes to drink soup will know what I mean). Second dish, fried eel, semi crispy… not so bad but nothing to praise about. Third dish that ordered came out to be sweet and sour pork ( I tot it was the Shanghai style pork ribs) and we demanded for a change, good that the manager changed for us. He recommended some Belly pork , tasted ok. The portion was very small, maybe just one finger size, and it costed $14 each pax. The service of the manager was good not like the rest of the staff, just kept saying that you ordered that. The Shanghai noodle was so-so but praise to the kitchen staff that cut the shredded pork into such thin pieces, his skill is amazing. Total two pax spent about $230+ on worse than hawker food. Overall, I rather go to Paradise Teochew at level 5 which serve better food.

A bit mixed feelings about this restaurant. While expecting the dishes to have that signature soy-based, elegantly sweet flavour typical of Shanghai cuisine, the food was too light & almost bland. The drunken chicken was difficult to eat as it still had small bones. However, the service was excellent. Plates were cleared promptly & tea was constantly topped up. The atmosphere was also very comfortable, creating a pleasant environment for the meal.
