Great value shopping for the variety, quality and unique products on every floor including delish food.

I came to the meat section and tried their roasted Pork. It look great so I bought and tried pork knuckle. The taste is not very delicious. Smell oily, pork skin is not crispy. Overly cook and meat a bit dry and hard. Customer service is normal.

Super bad customer service. I was trying to order the Christmas feast at the stall but there was no one manning it. Worker at the deli store was kind enough to help get someone. Hanging around the stall for 15-20mins and the store manager Beth came. Let her took the order for another customer who came in later then me while I waited. She brought the customer for payment and never came back! Went to the payment counter to have someone to get her out so that I can tell her that the service at this store is unacceptable

Personally quite like shopping at this supermarket, especially for the clean vibes that they have. Especially like the spacious entrance, into the fresh produce section. Then you get faced with the sushi section, which is also a joy to be browsing. After that, you get a long stretch of well structured shelves, which I absolutely love. Everything just makes you feel damn good shopping for an extended period of time. Helps that location is also extremely central, and will be great if you're en route to a party or a gathering, and need something urgently.

Located in Takashimaya Department Store's B2 floor, so wide variety of food‼️ We purchased some souvenirs for our families, friends and colleagues. Self-register machines are available, I felt these were usefull because staff-operating cashers were packed.

Bought their roasted honey chicken steaks and pork belly from their cooked food counter today. Requested that the counter staff cut the steak into 6 pieces as we are eating as finger food, he refused claiming cannot cut so small pieces , in the end he only agree to cut to 4 pieces which were quite large to serve as finger food and i had to cut again. Really wonder what's the difference in effort between 3 scissor cuts vs 5 . A few seconds more? Refuse to go the mile even when it doesnt take any extra effort. From the accent, he is obviously a Singaporean, probably lots of job openings around. In terms of food quality, the roasted chicken and pork belly were extremely salty , no taste of any honey sweetness, did they even bother to use any honey?

Bought groceries there and paid with a voucher but the cashier had a very bad attitude when I presented the voucher and was under the amount and I told her I wanted to get something to reach the amount she immediately told me off in a very harsh tone only 1.20 can you quickly go grab it as there are customers waiting and she cannot hold or void the bill. Their products had promotions I did not know so the price I calculated was wrong but cashier did not have to give such a tone to me just because I used a 50 dollar voucher. Never in my life have I encounter such a rude cashier in any grocery store. My encounter of this wan the 26 of aug at 12.22pm. If this is the standard of Takashimaya Cold Storage the standard has really dropped or may be it’s just cause I’m local and my money is not good enough.

Located at basement of Takashimaya. Quite big and spacious. Have a wide variety of food. Fruits, vegetables, meat, seafood. There is a Japanese area that sells sashimi and also cooked food. Also a sitting area if you are eating the soba. However, the price is a bit high to order the food to eat at a corner of the supermarket. To be fair; the serving seems quite big. For the meat section, I must highlight on the various wagyu beef available. Different type of A5 beef. Some on discount, so can be considered a good buy. For the liquor section, there is beer, wine, spirit and even sake available. Can be considered the biggest area allocated for liquor among the various supermarkets that I have been to. Good to visit to stock up on premium stuffs.

Great range of products on sale including their household items , ready to eat food products and many Japanese related type of food. Please continue the great work especially to increase the serving size of the salad bar in Cold Storage at Takashimaya 👌 …

Food review... good good good. Probably the cheapest yet quality sushi in Orchard Road. Food presentation is beautiful. Price is very affordable. Varieties of beautiful sushi pack and even cook on the spot for you and eat at the spot. Taste very fresh and FREE green tea. It’s a gem in the busy Orchard road and few know of this place, I said so it’s because so far the counter is almost available at anytime of quick waiting time.
