Personally didn't quite enjoy my shopping experience here, and for me at least, it felt like a slight waste of time visiting. Their furniture style is very mashed up, and many of their pieces feel a little "cheap" to the touch for the prices that they're charging. It's like their pieces are from Malaysia or China, not as refined. It'd work, but for the fact that they're along the Orchard road belt, I'd expect better. If you've visited expensive furniture shops like Space, Marquis, or Bo Concept, you'd know what I mean. Of course, prices are also different. But it's just the experience walking around the shop that I'm a little eeked out by.

I find the staff here to be very welcoming. They’ll also try to make sure you have the best experience trying out their pianos (in this case they moved us to a studio when there was another person playing). The old lady and the old man were very relaxed and allowed us to play on quite a lot of pianos (I managed to get the chance to play on the shigeru Kawai grand piano). They might be a little intimidating to some, but overall they help explain the features of the piano and it’s specs quite well. Overall, they gave me a very good impression of their selection of pianos. I would definitely look forward visiting Robert Pianos again

Was at the CentrePoint store with my wife on 20220222 to try out the CA series, and was served by Karl. Not only has he very good product knowledge, explaining to us in detail the piano action of the CA99 and CA59 (the two models we are interested in), he is also very friendly and a good pianist himself. He played beautifully on the CA99 and on an acoustics showing us the characteristics of the pianos. A more than pleasant experience!.

Absolutely horrible service. Dont ever make the mistake of buying furniture from this store. My timeline: 1. I bought a sofa in December. Admittedly, I liked the sofa a lot. They tell me that the "indent" time - read time to make the sofa - is 5 months. 2. I am not in a hurry, so I agree to this timeline. 3. I keep calling them, they are polite as always. They maintain the May date. 4. I get a call in April saying the sofa has arrived in Singapore. I ask them to deliver and they give me a date for delivery. 5. The day of the delivery they call me and say - sorry, Lorry broke down. 6. I am puzzled - so for the whole of Singapore for all the molecule stores, deliveries, there is just 1 Lorry! 7. Then, I ask, when will I get my sofa? By this point, I have sold my older sofa already, adjusted schedules at work and this is really frustrating. They reply, "We will get back to you tomorrow" - note, no date given. 8. I call the next day, they tell me, Lorry's spare parts havent arrived. Oh lord! So Im given to understand that there is 1 lorry for the whole of Singapore, which broke down - quite naturally - then, the lorry has no spare parts! So when will I get the sofa delivered? 9. No answer - they are trying hard apparently. 10. Then, I am given to believe that they will tell me when the sofa will get delivered by end of day. Note - no dates yet, just a far away promise that they will let me know by end of day. At this point, I am kicking myself for ever having liked the sofa. Moral of the story - dont be me, dont be that guy who likes a sofa, trusts these guys to deliver a sofa 5 months after paying the money, then get fooled into thinking there are more than 1 transport vehicles that they operate.

My Molecule sofa has become the centerpiece of my living room. It's so comfortable and beautifully crafted.

My Molecule experience was nothing short of amazing. I purchased a media console that perfectly matches my modern living room. It’s practical, stylish, and well worth the investment.

I've got to start this review by saying, I booked the restaurant blindly without looking at the reviews. I only saw the reviews right before the dinner and I had second thoughts. But I'm glad I went ahead with dining here tonight. The age of the internet is scary and reviews can easily make or break a business. I'm guessing because of the slew of bad reviews recently, the whole restaurant only consisted of the 2 of us. That said, we entered the restaurant and was greeted by a kinda disheartened and quiet chef. After awhile we got to talking and I could tell the bad reviews have gotten to him, he is after all known for his showmanship and all we got at first was a very quiet dinner. We are all human afterall. As the food started to come out I was blown away with the amazing flavours, this omakase isn't like the other "singaporean" styled omakase where they just try to stuff every single expensive item into every single dish with gold flakes and call it a day. All the flavours complimented each other perfectly and I licked clean each and every plate that was put infront of me. As it was my partner's birthday, at the end we were treated to Chef Araki-san singing happy birthday opera style and we all had a good laugh. Overall, it was a wonderful dinner with amazing food and service. I have to admit tho, the bill at the end was higher than what I'd like to have paid but being a restaurant under the Les Amis group it's しょうがない~.

Delicious dinner. I liked that the Omakase had a lot of cooked dishes and wasn’t just Sushi. Favorite dish was surprisingly the wagyu sando. Service was really friendly and attentive, felt like we had 3 people serving us.

This is as about the most disappointing high end restaurant I have been to. The food is as extremely poor in taste other than just putting in high end ingridients. The chef seemed the most disinterested. The wine menu was large but our first 2 selections didn’t exist. Avoid at all costs. It’s more then 500-600 per person. Many other good choices in the city for that price tag

This was my first fine dining experience and it didn’t disappoint! Impeccable presentation, attentive service and an interesting interplay between the visual, textures and tastes. We chose the “special” omakase menu. All of the savoury dishes had an oceanic theme to them. Highlights were the hand roll, abalone soup and the sashimi. Highly recommended
