Got chased out of the showroom by an auntie staff because there was another customer who was shopping for pianos (I'm guessing because they seemed more interested in purchasing a grand piano). She told me to come back in 30 minutes, but good luck getting anyone to come back with that sort of customer service. Disgusted by the treatment received. The other gentleman was much more friendly, striking up a conversation warmly and expressing interest. Unfortunately, I don't think I'd return either.

We are piano teachers who plan to purchase K800 and went to The centrepoint branch on 6/11/2021 around 7pm. There was an old lady who declaimed her self as a 37 years experience of a retired piano teacher had extremely terrible attitude. She has questioned our ability and knowledge of piano teacher and didn’t show any respect. Unfortunately, we are really disappointed by the customer service.

Super bad attitude serve by a chinese auntie which selling upright piano. Went to Centerpoint to see which piano that are suitable for my kid. The way how she talk to my kid is super rude and attitude. Didn't she know that kid are parent precious. With such attitude staff will only cause the company lost potiential customer. Imagine haven't buy already so attitude then after you buy how sia. Don't stage customers by their wearing etc. You will never know that the customer is richer than you many times.

This Kawai CA901 digital piano has truly exceeded my expectations. Its sound is rich and expressive — absolutely worth every penny. Some features I especially love: ❤️ Built-in learning books & repertoires — hundreds of pieces from famous composers and publishers like Alfred. Each book comes with the music score, and you can listen while watching the cursor move along the notes. ❤️ Bluetooth connectivity — I can easily link my phone to control the piano as an alternative to the touchscreen. ❤️ Compact yet powerful — perfect for someone like me who doesn’t want a bulky upright or giant grand piano at home. ❤️ ABRSM-accepted — this model is approved for performance recorded exams, which gives me confidence in my learning journey. Special praise to Ms Jessey — she plays so gracefully, as if blending with the piano itself. Her beautiful playing almost moved me to tears. She was also extremely knowledgeable and patient, spending a full hour guiding me through all the features step by step. My gratitude also goes to Ms Elaine (for helping expedite the delivery), Mr Karl, and the rest of the team for rushing to settle the purchase paperwork, as well as Mr Nick (for applauding my novice performance 😂). Truly my happiest transaction in Singapore to date.

Assisted by Jessie who was helpful in making a purchase decision. Showed me around the various models and explained the differences between them. Ultimately, (no fault of hers) the model I wanted to view was not on display and I needed to get to Tokyo for a test. Aftersale service so far so good......

I find the staff here to be very welcoming. They’ll also try to make sure you have the best experience trying out their pianos (in this case they moved us to a studio when there was another person playing). The old lady and the old man were very relaxed and allowed us to play on quite a lot of pianos (I managed to get the chance to play on the shigeru Kawai grand piano). They might be a little intimidating to some, but overall they help explain the features of the piano and it’s specs quite well. Overall, they gave me a very good impression of their selection of pianos. I would definitely look forward visiting Robert Pianos again

It's a cozy place to explore different options for piano, especially the Kawai collections. Staff are very nice and helpful
