I have been a customer of Skin Repair for years, which is a sister branch of Radiance Swiss. Had booked an appointment today since a few weeks ago. When I booked the appointment it wasn't made known to me that they would be running a promotion event today and all their consultants would be busy. I turned up at my appointment time, waited for 30minutes. And was told to come back another 20min later. When I came back, they did half a treatment for me and then told me to come back another day. A total waste of time and goes to show they prioritise new customers over old loyal customers. No amount of apologies will make up for the lost time and broken trust.

Horrid experience. Tried to upsell. Did not provide treatment as promised. Wasted package. A year later, I received a call from their manager. She persuaded me to come back for a free session and assured me of better experience. No thank you.

Super bad attitude serve by a chinese auntie which selling upright piano. Went to Centerpoint to see which piano that are suitable for my kid. The way how she talk to my kid is super rude and attitude. Didn't she know that kid are parent precious. With such attitude staff will only cause the company lost potiential customer. Imagine haven't buy already so attitude then after you buy how sia. Don't stage customers by their wearing etc. You will never know that the customer is richer than you many times.

We are piano teachers who plan to purchase K800 and went to The centrepoint branch on 6/11/2021 around 7pm. There was an old lady who declaimed her self as a 37 years experience of a retired piano teacher had extremely terrible attitude. She has questioned our ability and knowledge of piano teacher and didn’t show any respect. Unfortunately, we are really disappointed by the customer service.

Did some basic research before stepping into the store (I don't know how to play piano yet but I heard Kawai has a mellow tone and thus coming to this shop), and the lovely ladies Edna and Jesse received me and answered all my questions with great competence and confidence, including really basic questions around piano action, speakers, moisture control (I live among the trees lol) and resalability of different types of pianos in the event that I don't make it in the long run, as well as how digital, acoustic and hybrid pianos measure up to each other. A quick and fuss free experience and got what I wanted, and stepped out of the store a lot clearer what I am getting into, so thank you very much,. Despite the service complains I see here on google, I encountered a professional and enjoyable experience chatting with the highly competent ladies, looking forwards to the piano to be delivered soon. All the best.

Was at the CentrePoint store with my wife on 20220222 to try out the CA series, and was served by Karl. Not only has he very good product knowledge, explaining to us in detail the piano action of the CA99 and CA59 (the two models we are interested in), he is also very friendly and a good pianist himself. He played beautifully on the CA99 and on an acoustics showing us the characteristics of the pianos. A more than pleasant experience!.
