It’s a nice place. Pricey but very nice atmosphere. If you sit by the window the views are good. The torneduos steak is by far the best option. Great taste.

I have not dined at Angus for a few years now but was impressed with the quality of the food and service when I had lunch there last week. This is one of the better steak houses in Singapore.

Have lunch there and was impressed by the set up including the layout of the place, cutlery and the cloth napkin. Service was good except after all the dishes has been served and the waiting staff didn't pay much attention to the table and hence did not too up the glass of water. The set lunch is good and reasonably priced. The wagyu on the other hand is pricey and did not really live up to the price. Overall is still a pleasurable experience. Recommended.

Normal food at not so normal prices here. Staff/cook also rude like nobody’s business. I had ordered and paid for 2 servings of pho, I can only collect one tray at a time. The staff/cook shouted at me in a rude tone to come back when I collected my 2nd tray thinking I go take free food. Please I’m not a thief or a beggar. I felt so insulted and embarrassed by this behaviour of this particular staff. Best of all after checking and confirming my receipt, he was unapologetic. Best part is I found hair in my pho. Super disgusted. I paid money to have pho with hair from god knows where.

Really please with the services, Ngee Ann city. Ella was helpful, & provided good customer experiences, esp to senior citizens. Example: her advice to use leftover kampong chicken to boil porridge, & engaged customers.

Crispy chicken not very crispy though it’s freshly fried, maybe too fast temperature just warm not hot. Pho all good, beef slice tastes like wagyu but then just one beef ball & 2 slices which costs me around 20? Feeling like not too much, not sure if for an adult man taken 1 bowl is enough or not, probably no..

Unlike other food outlets in Takashimaya’s basement, this stall requires you to find your own seat before placing an order. However, this isn’t much of an issue since it’s generally less crowded than neighboring spots. The menu offers both beef and chicken soup bases, allowing you to choose according to your preference. The portion sizes are decent and satisfying, making it a good value for money. Service is efficient, and the wait time isn’t too long, ensuring you get a hot, comforting meal without much delay. Overall, it’s not a bad option if you’re looking for a hearty soup-based meal in a relatively calmer setting.

Staff were very rude. They kept yelling at you to chop your table first before ordering. Can’t they just print a big signage saying that. Why have to yell? I felt shortchanged for the price vs food portion. Literally 4 tiny thin slices of beef for such a big bowl of noodles soup. Should be a little more generous on the meet part to match their price. Had once is enough. Won’t be returning unless they improve on the attitude and portion. We are not primary school students that need to be yelled at… Updating to 1 star. After reading comments of others. Seems like a practice for short changing in the meat beef slices. Takashimaya management ought to review their lease for being a lousy service provider/ tenant at their prestige food court.

The lady staff (photo attached here) here is so rude and she warned me that i cannot order drink only. She said I MUST order food and drink together in order to sit here. The best part was, i just putting my thing on the stool and have not walk to the counter to order and she straight away warned me that from counter. This is so ridiculous.

Food is served fast but staff seems a bit rude. The beef pho is rubbery and tough, unlike others which are smooth. Beef also on the tougher side though it's medium rare. Saving grace are the rolls are nice though, crispy and hot.
