A small KFC that is often crowded and thus, its hard to find a seat, especially in big groups. Worse still, service is slow, thus the queues move slowly and are often long. If you're in a rush, don't eat here unless there's no queue. It isn't really "fast food" anymore.

What a joke! Queued for almost 5mins, and Kentucky Fried CHICKEN says that they "have NO CHICKEN now..." 🙄 I actually had to get the counter girl to repeat what she said to me...So what is KFC going to serve now? Ramen? Joke of the season! 😒 …

Truffle & Parmesan fried chicken at KFC is definitely not yummy at all compared with their previous promotion of Salted Egg Yolk fried chicken. There is hardly any Truffle fragrance in their soggy KFC meal and did they just mentioned Parmeson to make the meal sound more interesting. What a disappointment KFC!

This KFC outlet is a rather busy one, especially in the afternoon. Hence, finding seats when you come as a group can be a problem.

Horrible meal.. fries is cold. Zinger bun is tough zinger is custardy which should be slight smooth crispy chicken is cold

There's a qr code to order online to skip the queue. So we did that and waited for very long. After 30 minutes I went to ask about my order and they didn't even prepare it yet. What a waste of time.

Order colonel burger set etc but when went home, the burger is missing! Please check 3 times before you leave KFC when taking away. End up with only fries and drink and have to cook my own instant noodle!! /(
